چكيده لاتين :
Managerʹs acquaintance with factors and effective solutions of employeeʹs empowerment is necessary for todayʹs organizations. Judicature and justice need active and empowered employees regarding their overriding goals i.e. justice, peace and serenity for public. Since one of the most important goals of justice is removal of trial lasting and expedition and accuracy in trend of claims scrutiny, the problem for meeting this is unawareness of justice managers on the importance and solutions of empowerment development and maintenance for improving their performance. Therefore, for satisfying this need, the main question of this research is: is there any relation between human resource empowerment and performance improvement of justice branches? This research is typically applied and methodologically is descriptive and correlation. Statistical population is all employees of justice branches offices totally 110 persons and sample volume, using Morgan table, is 86 random selected. Information gathering was library and survey methods and the tools used were questionnaire and documents. Statistic methods, for analyzing data were K squares, Spearman and freedman tests. The result of analysis, while confirming research sub hypothesizes, confirmed the main hypothesis, in confidence level of %99, and shows that there is a significant relation between employeesʹ empowerment and performance improvement in justiceʹs branches.
