Domination over Worldwide Oil

نفت، سياسي‌ترين كالاي دنيا است. كشورها به منظور دستيابي به سطوح بالاتر توسعه، به انرژي نياز دارند به طوري كه توسعه بدون استفاده از انرژي ممكن نيست. يكي از مهم‌ترين انواع انرژي، نفت است. نفت در شرايط خاص زمين‌شناسي به وجود آمده و در بخش‌هايي از دنيا وجود دارد، در حالي كه تمام دنيا به آن نيازمند هستند. از سوي ديگر حوزه‌هايي كه بيشترين نياز را به مصرف نفت دارند، داراي ذخاير اندكي هستند؛ در نتيجه اين كشورها به دنبال تامين امنيت عرضه انرژي خواهند بود. در نتيجه در بين كشورها بيشترين تلاش براي تامين امنيت عرضه انرژي خود انجام خواهد شد. آمريكا بزرگترين مصرف‌كننده نفت جهان است، به طوريكه استراتژي اين كشور را مي‌توان استراتژي «سلطه بر نفت جهان» دانست كه در اين راه از تمام پتانسيل خود اعم از شركت‌هاي بين‌المللي نفتي، دولت‌هاي دست‌نشانده، جنگ، تشكيل نهادهاي بين‌المللي، تحريم و ... استفاده كرده است. در اين مقاله به وابستگي آمريكا به نفت و سلطه‌ اين كشور بر نفت جهان اشاره شده و از آنجا كه كشورهاي همسايه ايران توانايي بسياري در اين بازار دارند به دو كشور عربستان و عراق پرداخته‌ و سياست آمريكا براي سلطه بر نفت اين منطقه را توضيح داده‌ايم. در قسمت پاياني، ايران مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. راه ضربه زدن به نظام جمهوري اسلامي، استفاده از حربه انرژي است كه در صورت ادامه روند فعلي و عدم تدوين استراتژي جامع انرژي كشور و فقدان راهبرد مشخص انرژي، اين بخش -كه مي‌تواند برگ‌ برنده‌ جمهوري اسلامي در معادلات بين‌المللي باشد- به نقطه ضعف نظام تبديل خواهد شد.

Oil is the most political commodity in the world. Countries require energy for the purpose of gaining access to higher level of development that development is impossible without utilizing energy. Oil is one of the most significant kinds of energy. It has been made in special condition of geology and it exists in some sections of the world, although the entire world needs that. On the other hand the sections that have a greatest need to the oil consumption have a little reserve. So these countries will try to provide (supply) the energy supply security. America is the biggest consumer of worldwide oil. So in the middle of countries, America will do greatest effort for providing self-energy supply security on the way that we can call the strategy of this country, strategy of domination over worldwide oil. This country have used all his potential like IOC, satellite state, war, formation of international institution, sanction and etc on this way. In this article has been noticed to dependence of America on oil and domination of this country over worldwide oil. Because the neighborhoods have so much ability in this market, this paper has talked about two countries: Saudi Arabia and Iraq. We have explained the politic of America for domination over oil of region. In the final part, Iran has been paid attention. Using weapon of energy is the way of strike to Islamic republic system. If present process continue and not complicated master strategy of energy in the country cock of definite strategy of energy, it will be converting into a weakness for country- although it (master strategy of energy) could lead to the wining card of Islamic republic in international equations.
