A Simple, Scientific-Applied Model for Decision Making in R&D Centres

Limited available resources (raw materials, equipment and expert man power) and the increasing speed in generating science and information make the existing science and information quickly outdated and useless and as a result decision-makers cannot afford the time to compensate their committed mistakes. Besides a brief review of the trends of R&D growth, this article tries to elaborate on different models of decision-making and finally offers a simple and applicable but scientific model which is compatible with various needs of decision-makers in research and development centres.
