    . We all have experienced to stand in different queues such as in queue to buy bread, milk, and other daily needs. Unfortunately, with population growth and increas¬ing urbanization of society, this phenomenon is growing more and more. In this paper, attempts were made to prove that in a homogenous queuing system where ? assumed to be equal, considering both mean waiting time for clients in the system and mean number of clients in the system; one M/M/l model is always better than one M/M/c model. Moreover, it was proved that one M/M/c model is always better than c M/M/l models in which queues are independent and have equal service rates (namely when each queue accepts of all requests to the system). The results also revealed that there is a direct relationship between mean waiting time in the queue and mean waiting time in the sys¬tem. This claim has been confirmed using simulation and statistical analysis for both single server queuing system (M/M/l) and heterogeneous double server queuing system (M/M/2*).
