Special Distribution Pattern of Urban Land use in the Oil - bearing Cities Case study: Dogonbadan

The investigation of urban land use illustrates designation of urban space at various land use during time and achieving to urban development goals. Present research investigates urban land use distributions and effective factors on urban land use special distribution in Dogonbadan city. This research follows two main purposes: firstly, achieving to system of desirable urban Land use for sustainable development and, secondly trying for creating integrated land use in system Dogonbadan city and sustainable development for social justice. Research method was based on analytical- comparative. Results indicated that have prominent differences urban land use among various regions of city. So regions of 5&6 that are dependent to stffs of oil company and supported financially by Oil Company, have a good standard in majority of urban activities and land use. In contrast, other regions that are developing by oil activities organically, have lack of urban welfare equipment and impacts of this development pattern and undesirable and unequal distribution of land use have been created a kind spatial dualism in studied city.
