The Autonomy of the Arbitration Clauses in International Agreements

This article is considered the autonomy and reparability of the arbitration clause from the main agreement. The question which is arisen wheather arbitration clause referring to in the agreement is valid and in force. If this clause is valid according to the law whether itʹs faith depend to the main agreement? In other words if one of the parties to the agreement or treaty claim the nullification, suspension or invalidity of the agreement whether the claim will contain the arbitration clause of disputes settlement the above issue even claim for nullification and invalidity of the main agreement should consider by the arbitration tribunal.
