چكيده لاتين :
The Current paper examines the different models of evaluating the performance and designing a suitable model for evaluating strategic resources of higher education centers of the I.R. of Iranian armed forces. In terms of aim, this research is an applied research and in terms of methodology for gathering information, it is descript-tive survey research. The type of research is a correlation one based on structural equations model. The Instruments for gathering the data of research are questionnaires which have been designed proportionate to the under study group. By using the Delphi methodology and in five categories of statistical group through class random sampling among 152 experts familiar with military higher education centers, the researchers did their best to answer three research questions. The conclusions indicated that designed model along with 4 systematic factors, 11 criteria and 199 performing indications, has capability for measuring the performance of strategic resources of higher education system of armed forces. Also, this research showed that there is meaningful relation between performing indications and related criteria.
