Review the U.S. nuclear Security Strategy in National Security of Non-Aligned Countries

آمريكا يكي از كشورهاي استكباري در سياست گذاري جهاني و مهم ترين قدرت هسته اي جهان است كه در طول حيات بشر از جنگ افزارهاي هسته اي به صورت گسترده استفاده كرده است. ارتش ايالات متحده با بمباران اتمي شهرهاي ژاپني هيروشيما و ناكازاكي در 65 سال پيش، اسم خود را در به كارگيري انواع سلاح هاي جنگي متعارف و غير متعارف در تاريخ جنايات بشر ثبت كرده است.تغيير در سياست-هاي هسته اي آمريكا در دوران فعلي بر فعاليت هاي هسته اي كشورهاي مختلف در جهان موثر است به گونه اي كه دولت باراك اوباما، در راهبرد جديد امنيت هسته اي آمريكا اعلام كرده است كه ايران و كره شمالي با يك گزينه روشن روبه رو هستند: يا پيشنهاد آمريكا براي تعامل را بپذيرند يا با انزواي بيشتري به خاطر برنامه هسته خود روبه رو خواهند شد. در راهبرد جديد امنيت هسته اي آمريكا آمده است: «اگر اين كشورها تعهدات بين المللي خود را ناديده بگيرند، ما به دنبال ابزارهايي خواهيم بود تا تشديد انزواي آنها ادامه پيدا كند. مقاله حاضر در پي بررسي محتوايي فرآيندي است كه اخيراً آمريكا در مورد سياست جديد هسته اي خود منتشر كرده است و با كالبد شكافي آن مي خواهد اثرات آن را بر امنيت ملي كشورهاي غيرمتعهد، مورد ارزيابي قرار دهد. يافته هاي اين تحقيق بيانگر آن است كه در آينده تمركز حواس و توجه آمريكا بر فعاليت‌هاي هسته اي كشورهاي جهان بيشتر خواهد شد و اين كشورها براي برون رفت از آن، بايستي قدرت مانور بيشتري براي خود ايجاد نمايند.

America is one of the arrogant countries in policy making of world and is the significant nuclear power that has used nuclear weapons in wide spectrum during history of mankind. The army of united states has registerted its name in the history of human crime in 65 years ago by atomic attack on Japanese Cities of Hiroshima and Nakazaki. Changing in nuclear policies of united states at current time could affect on nuclear activities of different countries of world, to such an extent that the administration of Barak Obama in new United States nuclear strategy has announced that Iran and North Korea are facing with a clear approach: either they accept the united states suggestion for interaction or they face further isolation over their nuclear programs. New united states nuclear strategy says: «If countries ignore their international commitments, we use tools for escalating the continuation of their isolation». The current paper follows the content review of process that recently united states has published regarding its new nuclear policies and tries to evaluate its impact on the national security of the I.R. of Iran through its anatomy. The finding of this research, show that united states attention and concentration on the nuclear activities of countries of world would be increased and these countries should create stronger maneuver power for getting out of it.
