مشكلات رفتاري كودكان و ارتباط آن با سلامت روان مادران

The children’s behavioral problems and their relationship with maternal mental health

مقدمه: مشكلات رفتاري كودك بازتابي از مشكلات رواني والدين به ويژه مادر مي‌باشد و بيماري رواني يكي از والدين احتمال ابتلا كودك به بيماري‌هاي رواني را افزايش مي‌دهد. با توجه به رابطه منفي بين بيماري والدين و كودك، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسي ارتباط بين مشكلات رفتاري كودكان و سلامت روان مادران انجام شد. روش كار: اين مطالعه همبستگي روي تعداد 80 نفر از مادران داراي كودك با مشكلات رفتاري مراجعه كننده به درمانگاه اطفال بخش روان‌پزشكي بيمارستان گلستان شهر اهواز كه به روش آسان و پي درپي بر اساس مراجعه انتخاب شده بودند انجام شد. ابزار تحقيق، پرسش نامه سلامت روان (R-SCL90) و پرسش نامه مشكلات رفتاري كودكان (child behavioral check list) بود. داده هاي حاصل با آزمون ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون با كمك نرم افزار SPSS تحليل شدند. يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه بين مشكلات رفتاري كل، علايم رفتاري بروني سازي و علايم رفتاري دروني سازي كودكان با همه خرده مقياس‌هاي سلامت روان مادران رابطه مثبت معناداري وجود دارد. علايم رفتاري دروني سازي كودكان با حساسيت بين فردي رابطه معناداري نشان نداد. نتيجه گيري: با توجه به وجود همبستگي بالا بين مشكلات رفتاري كودكان و اختلال رواني مادران، لازم است در راستاي كاهش آثار مشكلات رواني مادران بر كودكانشان تدابيري انديشيد

Introduction: Children’s behavioral problems are a reflection of their parents’ psychological problems, especially mothers, and mental illness in one of the parents increases the likelihood of mental illness in the children. With regard to the negative interaction between parents and their children’s diseases, this study aimed to assess the relationship between the child’s behavioral problems and maternal mental health. Material and Methods: This study was conducted on 80 mothers with children with behavioral problems. They were referred to the pediatrics clinic of psychiatric ward in Golestan Hospital, Ahwaz city and selected through successive sampling. The instrument used contained a mental health questionnaire (SCL-90- R) and childrenʹs behavioral problems questionnaires (CBCL). Pearson correlation and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. . Results: The results showed that there was a significantly positive relationship among all the children’s behavioral problems with all subscales of maternal mental health. There was a significant positive relationship between external behavioral problems of children with all subscales of maternal mental health. A significantly positive relationship was obtained between internal behavioral problems of children with all subscales of the mothers’ mental health except for the interpersonal sensitivity. Conclusion: With regard to the high correlation between children’s behavioral problems and maternal mental disorders, measures should be taken to reduce the effects of the mothers’ psychological problems on children
