تاثير آسيت القايي بر برخي از فراسنجه هاي خوني و وزن اندام هاي داخلي خطوط پدري يك لاين تجاري جوجه گوشتي

The effects of induced ascites on blood parameters and internal organ weights in the paternal lines of a commercial broiler line

چكيده هدف از بررسي حاضر، تاثير آسيت بر برخي از فراسنجه هاي خوني و وزن اندام هاي داخلي بدن دو خط پدري A و B از يك لاين تجاري جوجه گوشتي كه به ترتيب براي افزايش وزن بدن و كاهش ضريب تبديل غذا انتخاب شده اند، بود. در مجموع 302 پرنده نر (161 قطعه از خط پدري A و 141 قطعه از خط پدري B) به صورت تصادفي انتخاب و تحت دو تيمار كنترل و آسيتي قرار داده شدند. وزن بدن در روزهاي 7، 10 و54 دوره پرورش اندازه گيري شد. علاوه بر اين ميزان افزايش وزن بدن، مصرف خوراك و ضريب تبديل غذا در دوره زماني23 تا 54 دوره پرورش مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. در روزهاي 28، 35 و 42 دوره پرورش ميزان گازهاي خوني و درصد هماتوكريت نيز اندازه گيري شد. پس از كشتار كليه پرنده ها در سن 54 روزگي، وزن كبد، قلب و طحال پرنده ها تعيين گرديد. ميزان تلفات ناشي از آسيت نيز در طي دوره پرورش اندازه گيري شد. نتايج حاصل از اين تحقيق نشان داد كه تنها در روز دهم دوره پرورش وزن بدن دو خط پدري با يكديگر اختلاف معني داري (01/0P < ) دارند، بطوريكه مقدار آن در تيمار آسيتي بالاتر مي باشد. اگرچه تفاوت ميزان مصرف خوراك بين دو تيمار معني دار بود (05/0P < ) به گونه اي كه تيمار كنترل خوراك بيشتري مصرف كرده است، ليكن ضريب تبديل غذا در كل دوره بين تيمارها تفاوت معني داري نشان نداد.وزن كبد، طحال و قلب دو خط تفاوت معني داري با يكديگر نشان نداد، ولي نسبت وزن بطن راست به وزن قلب به عنوان شاخصي از آسيت در تيمار آسيتي به طور معني داري (01/0P < ) بالاتر بود. اگرچه درصد اكسيژن اشباع خون پرندگان موجود در خط B و در تيمار آسيتي به طور معني داري (05/0P < ) كاهش نشان داد، ليكن تفاوت معني داري بين دو تيمار براي ساير گازهاي خوني و نيز در خصوص درصد هماتوكريت خون در دو خط A و B مشاهده نشد.

Abstract The aim of present study was to evaluate the effect of ascites on some blood parameters and internal organ weights in the two paternal lines A and B from a commercial broiler line which were selected for higher body weight and lower feed conversion rate, respectively. In total 302 male birds (161 birds from line A and 141 birds from line B) were selected randomly and studied under two treatments of control and ascites. Body weight was measured at 7, 10 and 54 days of age. Moreover the body weight gain, feed intake and feed conversion ratio (FCR) were evaluated within 23 to 54 days of age. At 28, 35 and 42 days of age, the blood gas parameters and hematocrit value were evaluated. At the end of experiment in 54 days of age, all birds were slaughtered and the weight of heart, liver and spleen were measured. Moreover mortality resulted from ascites syndrome in total period experiment was recorded. The results of current study indicated that just body weight at 10 days of age was significant difference (P < 0.01) between two paternal lines, so that it was higher in the ascites treatment group. Although the difference between two treatment for feed intake was significant (P < 0.05) so that birds in the control group showed higher feed intake compared to ascites group, however the FCR values in whole period of experiment were similar in two treatment. There was no significant difference between birds in two group for internal organ weights like heart, liver and spleen, but right ventricle to total ventricle ratio as an indicator of ascites syndrome was higher (P < 0.01) in the ascites group. Although birds in line B and in the ascites treatment showed significantly lower percentage of blood O2 saturation (P < 0.05), however for other blood gas parameters and hematocrit value there was no significant difference between two treatment in both lines A and B.
