Review of Social Training from Erudite Molla Mohsen Feiz Kashani Point of View

از آنجا كه تربيت، فرآيندي جامع و كامل است، در اين فرآيند بايد به تمام زواياي وجود انساني و همه استعدادها و توانايي‌هاي طبيعي و فطري او توجه شود و براي رشد، پرورش و هدايت آنها برنامه‌ريزي گردد. انديشمندان و نظريه‌پردازان تعليم و تربيت با نگاه همه جانبه به تربيت، آن را در ساحت‌هاي متنوع و متعددي طبقه‌بندي كرده‌اند كه يكي از مهمترين جنبه‌هاي آن تربيت اجتماعي مي‌باشد. از طرفي در نظر گرفتن ديدگاه اسلامي در مباني و مسايل علوم تربيتي، نيازي است كه در اين حوزه احساس مي‌شود. بنابر اين هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي ديدگاه‌هاي «فيض كاشاني» به عنوان انديشمندي كه بر پايه مكتب اهل بيت(ع) در حوزه اخلاق و تربيت، نظريه‌پردازي نموده، در ساحت تربيت اجتماعي است. راهبرد اين تحقيق كيفي و راهكار اجرايي به صورت كتابخانه‌اي و رويكرد آن تحليل محتوا و روش توصيفي تحليلي است. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه فيض از سه جهت به مقوله تربيت اجتماعي مي‌نگرد. نخست از اين جهت كه در تامين نياز‌هاي مادي نقش تعيين‌كننده دارد. جهت دوم، نقش پيوندهاي اجتماعي در تامين نيازهاي معنوي و تكامل روحي است. جهت سوم، تاثيرپذيري تربيت اجتماعي، از منظر حكومت است. به اين معنا كه تامين نيازمندي‌هاي جامعه و هدايت و تربيت مردم بدون قانون و دستگاه‌هاي اجرايي ميسّر نمي‌شود. فيض مهمترين اهداف تربيت اجتماعي را مراعات حقوق، گسترش رفاقت و برادري، كسب حلال و قانون‌گرايي مي‌داند و براي رسيدن به اين اهداف روش‌هايي را توصيه كرده و همگي را با استناد به احاديث و روايات معتبر، بيان مي‌نمايد.

Since the training and education is a full process, all the aspects of human nature and talents and natural or potential abilities must be taken in to consideration and be planed for their improvement and guidance intellectuals and theoreticians, with a holistic point of view , have put training in to different categories like manner education, spiritual education, social education, etc. … Considering the Islamic view point in the basics of training is a need which is fell in this field. In this regard, the goal of this research is to show the viewpoints of Feiz Kashani as an intellectual who put the basis of his theories on Imams educations in the field of Training and Mannes. So we answer the questions about goals, harmful methods and correct methods based of the Feiz anthological ideas. The method of this research is gathering information like library and the researcher gets the information and makes notes and then analyze them. There sults of the research indicate that Feiz is looking to social training from three different aspects. First its key role in providing the financial need. Second, the role of social ties in spiritual needs and perfection and the third, the influence of government on training. in other word, providing the people of a society with their needs and training and guiding them is not possible without law and government. In his point of view the most important social goals are observing rights, developing intimacy, earning honest money and being law obedient and to achieve. Them he suggests a number of ways all based on Imams word and advice.
