قدرت نرم انقلاب اسلامي ايران و نظريه صدور فرهنگي انقلاب (با تاكيد بر بيداري اسلامي در منطقه)

The Soft Power of Iran’s Islamic Revolution and the Theory of Cultural Export of Revolution (An Emphasis on Islamic Awakening in the Region)

قدرت انقلاب ايران نه به خاطر قدرت نظامي يا اقتصادي آن، بلكه به خاطر وجه فرهنگي و معنوي آن است. انقلاب اسلامي ايران يك مصداق از مصاديق گفتمان معنويت خواهي در سياست يا حضور دين در سياست است كه امروزه نمود عملي اين خواسته و تكرار آن را در قيامهاي كشورهاي مسلمان كه به نام بيداري اسلامي خوانده مي شود، شاهد هستيم. اين مطالبه در كشورهاي اسلامي از راه قهر و زور به آنها منتقل نشده است، بلكه اين همان قدرت نرم انقلاب اسلامي ايران است كه ريشه در اعتقادات اسلامي مشترك همه مسلمانها دارد و به صورت غيرمستقيم در اين كشورها باعث خيزشهاي اسلامي شده است و همچنان ادامه دارد. اين مقاله در پي پاسخ به اين سوال است كه قدرت نرم انقلاب اسلامي ايران در چه ويژگي هايي از آن نهفته است و چگونه در انقلابهاي منطقه عربي و شمال آفريقا نمود يافته است. فرضيه اي كه در اين رابطه مطرح مي شود، عبارت است از: «قدرت نرم انقلاب اسلامي ايران در ايديولوژي اسلامي آن و تبليغ حضور معنويت در سياست نهفته است كه در انقلاب ايران توسط امام خميني كشف و به دنيا اعلام شد و با شروع اين جنبشها در كشورهاي اسلامي اين قدرت توسط مردم اين كشورها فهم و تبديل به موج بيداري اسلامي شد و ظهور آن را در شعارها و اقدامات عملي انقلابيون در اين كشورها مي توان مشاهده كرد». اين فرضيه بر پايه چارچوب نظري صدور فرهنگي انقلاب مورد بررسي قرار خواهد گرفت.

The power of Islamic Revolution in Iran is not because of its military or economic power, but because of its cultural and spiritual aspect of the revolution. Iranʹs Islamic Revolution is an example of a true spiritual discourse in politics or the presence of religion in politics that we can see nowadays some of its effects in the Muslim countries uprisings that is called the Islamic Awakening. This idea has not transferred to them by coercion and force, but this is the soft power of Islamic Revolution of Iran that spilled over in these countries and rooted in common Islamic beliefs of all Muslims. The question of this article is:" what are the main characteristics of the Islamic Revolution’s soft power and how it reflects in the Arab region and North Africa". The hypothesis of the article is: "Islamic Revolutionʹs soft power relies on the Islamic ideology and preaching of presence spirituality in politics which recognized by Imam Khomeini. This power on the brink of these movements understood by the people of these countries and caused waves of Islamic awakening. The appearance of Iran’s soft power can be witnessed in the rise of revolutionary slogans and practical actions in these countries. This hypothesis will be evaluated based on the theoretical framework of the Theory of Cultural Export of Revolution.
