بررسي تاثير آموزش گروهي مادران بر افزايش خلاقيت كودكان با تاكيد بر روش تحليل رفتار متقابل

Investigation the effect of motherʹʹs group training on increasing childrenʹʹs creativity: with emphasis on Transactional Analysis theory

زمينه: پرورش خلاقيت كودكان براي آينده آنها، نقشي كليدي دارد. مادران از اصلي‌ترين حاميان پرورش خلاقيت كودكان به شمار مي‌روند و الگوهاي ارتباطي مادر و كودك، بر خلاقيت او اثرگذار است. هدف: پژوهش نيمه آزمايشي حاضر به بررسي تاثير آموزش گروهي مادران بر افزايش خلاقيت كودكان، با تاكيد بر نظريه تحليل رفتار متقابل مي‌پردازد. روش: در ابتدا، مادران مراجعه كننده به مراكز فرهنگي سازمان فرهنگي- هنري شهرداري تهران، به عنوان جامعه آماري، مشخص شدند. سپس 40 نفر از اين مادران، به صورت تصادفي براي نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند. پس از افت نمونه، 26 نفر باقي مانده به 2 گروه (يك گروه آزمايش و يك گروه گواه) تقسيم شدند. سپس 10 جلسه آموزش گروهي مادران، با رويكرد تحليل رفتار متقابل براي گروه آزمايش، برگزار گرديد. ابزار پژوهش حاضر به عنوان پيش آزمون و پس آزمون، آزمون خلاقيت تورنس بود. اين آزمون از كليه كودكاني كه مادران آنها در تحقيق شركت داشتند، گرفته شد. يافته‌ها: نتايج تحليل كواريانس نشان داد كه در سطح معناداري 05/0 p < آموزش گروهي مادران با تاكيد بر نظريه تحليل رفتار متقابل بر افزايش مولفه‌هاي بسط، انعطاف پذيري و ابتكار كودكان موثر بوده است. همچنين در سطح معناداري 01/0 p < آموزش گروهي مادران به اين روش بر افزايش مولفه سيالي كودكان اثر داشته است. بحث و نتيجه گيري: با توجه به يافته هاي تحقيق مي‌توان نتيجه گرفت كه آموزش گروهي مادران با تاكيد بر نظريه تحليل رفتار متقابل بر افزايش خلاقيت كودكان موثر است.

Background: Increasing the childrenʹs creativity is so important in their future and the relationship between mothers and children is effective on children`s creativity. Objective: This semi experimental study aims to investigate the effect of motherʹs training by Transactional Analysis on increasing of childrenʹs creativity. Method: Population of this study comprised all mothers who had came to cultural centers of musicality of Tehran. Then, 40 people selected through the random sampling and 26 mothers who have participated in this study, and they randomly divided into two groups (one experimental and one control group). The Torrance test of creative thinking, as a pre-test, was taken from all children who their mothers were participated in this research. Then experimental group was trained for 10 sessions by Transactional Analysis. At the end, the Torrance test of creative thinking as a post-test was taken from all children. Result: The results of the covariance method showed significant increasing on childrenʹs flexibility, innovation and extension factors in experimental group compared with the control group (p < 0.005). The results also showed significant increasing on childrenʹs fluency in experimental group compared with the control group (p < 0.001). Finally, we found that Transactional Analysis is effective on increasing the childrenʹs creativity. Conclusion: These findings will be discussed in terms of their important effect and implications in increasing childrenʹs creativity.
