تعيين و اولويت‌بندي عوامل مديريتي و اجرايي موثر بر خصوصي‌سازي باشگاه‌هايي ورزشي با روش AHP

Prioritization of the Management and Executive Factors Affecting Privatization in Sport Clubs with AHP Method

هدف اين پژوهش يافتن عوامل مديريتي و اجرايي موثر بر خصوصي‌سازي باشگاه‌هاي ورزشي و اولويت‌بندي آن‌ها با استفاده از روش AHP است. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف از نوع كاربردي و از نظر روش، توصيفي و در حيطه پژوهش‌هاي كيفي است. براي تعيين عوامل و جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از روش كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني استفاده شده است. پس از شناسايي عوامل، درخت سلسله مراتب تصميم‌گيري ترسيم و با استفاده از آن پرسشنامه پژوهش استخراج شد. از آنجا كه نرخ ناسازگاري محاسبه شده در اين پژوهش از 1/0 كمتر است، مي‌توان گفت پرسشنامه معتبر است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق اعضاي هييت علمي دانشگاه‌ها در رشته اقتصاد و تربيت بدني، رييس يا معاونان اتحاديه فوتبال، روساي يا نايب رييس‌هاي فدراسيون‌ها (فوتبال، واليبال، بسكتبال، كشتي و تكواندو)، روساي ليگ‌ها در رشته‌هاي ياد شده و مدير عامل، معاون يا مسيول بازاريابي باشگاه‌هاي كشور بودند كه از ميان آن‌ها ت45 نفر به‌عنوان خبره شناسايي شدند و پرسشنامه در اختيار آن‌ها قرار گرفت. پس از آنكه داده‌هاي حاصل از نظرات افراد وارد نرم افزار انتخاب خبره شد، وزن‌هاي نسبي و نهايي معيارها و زيرمعيارها و نيز اولويت آن‌ها در هر سطح از سلسله مراتب درخت تصميم محاسبه شد. در مدل كل، 13 زيرمعيار اولويت‌بندي شدند كه عوامل: مديريت نامطلوب، استفاده نكردن از نيروي متخصص و فقدان انگيزه كافي در بخش خصوصي، به‌ترتيب در اولويت‌هاي اول تا سوم قرار گرفتند؛ در نتيجه، مسيولان مي‌توانند براي برداشتن گام‌هاي اساسي در خصوصي‌سازي باشگاه‌هاي ورزشي از اين اولويت‌بندي بهره گيرند.

The goal of this research has been find management and executive affecting privatization in sport clubs and prioritization with AHP method. The research method is descriptive analyze. For data accumulation the library and field methods were utilized. After identified efficient management and executive factors, Decisional Hierarchy Tree was drawn and with that a questionnaire was designed. Since the inconsistency rate calculated in this study is less than 0.1, thus we say that the questioner is valid. The population of the present study includes university faculty members in Sports Management and Economics, Head or deputy Football Association, President of federations or their Vic-presidents (Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Wrestling, Taekwondo), directors League in mentioned fields and finally the, managing director, assistant or the Iranian sport clubs marketing official that Among them 45 were identified as experts and a questionnaire was given to them. Once the data resulted from people views was entered into Expert Choice, the relative and final weights of criterion and sub criterion and its priorities in every level of the hierarchical decision tree was estimated. In the total model 13 sub-criteria were prioritized. The results indicate that on the total model first and third priorities were “undesirable management”, “lack of the Use of force expert”, and “lack of sufficient motivation for the private sector”. Consequently, the officials can apply prioritization for taking essential steps in the issue of privatization.
