بررسي ويژگيهاي سازمان يادگيرنده با تمركز بر زيرنظامهاي مديريت دانش و فناوري

An Investigation on Learning Organization Characteristics: Focusing on Knowledge and Technology Subsystems

نظر به اهميت بررسي دانشگاهها به منزله سازمانهاي يادگيرنده در جوامع كنوني و نيز شناسايي نقاط قوت و ضعف اين نهادها به منظور بهبود فعاليتهاي آنها در سازگاري با تغييرات و تحولات سريع، پژوهش حاضر به مطالعه اين موضوع اختصاص يافته است. مبناي نظري اين مطالعه، رويكرد مايكل ماركوارت به سازمان يادگيرنده به دليل جامعيت و تفكر سيستمي حاكم بر آن بود. هدف پژوهش بررسي ميزان برخورداري دانشگاه شهيد چمران اهواز به عنوان يك نظام آموزشي از ويژگيهاي سازمان يادگيرنده در دو زيرنظام دانش و فناوري بود. روش توصيفي- پيمايشي براي انجام دادن اين پژوهش انتخاب شد. جامعه آماري پژوهش اعضاي هييت علمي دانشگاه شهيد چمران بودند كه 300 نفر از آنان به روش نمونه-گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند. از گروه نمونه، 220 نفر پرسشنامه را تكميل كردند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته اي بود كه بر مبناي پرسشنامه ماركوارت، مرور ادبيات تحقيق و مشورت با صاحبنظران تهيه شد. اين پرسشنامه مشتمل بر 50 گويه و داراي طيف ليكرتي (پنج درجه اي) است. پايايي پرسشنامه با محاسبه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ (براي سوالات وضعيت موجود 973/0 و براي سوالات وضعيت مطلوب 980/0) تاييد شد. به منظور آزمون فرضيه هاي پژوهش، تي زوجي به كار گرفته شد. يافته ها نشان داد بين وضعيت موجود دانشگاه شهيد چمران اهواز به لحاظ برخورداري از شاخصه هاي سازمان يادگيرنده با وضعيت مطلوب تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد.

Considering the significance of studying universities as a learning organizations and investigating their strengths as well as their weaknesses for the adaptation to the enormous evolutions in the new era, this study is designed to explore learning organization characteristics at Shahid Chamran University Due to its comprehensive and systematic approach, the Marquardt’s learning organization model was employed as the theoretical basis for the current study. The main purpose of this research was to investigate the learning organization parameters from the two perspectives of knowledge and information technology. A descriptive survey design was chosen for this study. The population of this study included all of faculty members of the university. Three hundred faculty members who were selected by the simple random sampling method received a copy of the instrument, and 220 of them completed the questionnaire. Based on the Marquardt’s questionnaire, the literature review and the consultant with experts, a research tool comprising 50 questions rated on a Likert-type scale (5 Points) was developed. The reliability of questionnaire was determined by calculating the Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient (existing t condition=./913 and desired condition= ./980). The descriptive and inferential statistics (paired t test) were used for analyzing the data. The findings revealed that there was a significant difference between the existing condition and the overall desired condition regarding the learning organization parameters at Shahid Chamran University.
