تحليل مكاني مولفه‌هاي موثر بر پيشگيري از جرايم جنايي (مطالعه موردي شهر مرودشت در سال‌هاي 1388 و 1389)

The environmental analysis of the effective components of crime prevention (A case study of Marvdasht city in the years 1388 and 1389)

مناطق مختلف هر كشور و شهري به‌لحاظ ميزان و انواع جرايم داراي ويژگي‌هاي خاصي هستند كه بر روي امنيت آن منطقه تاثير مستقيمي دارند. براي مقابله با جرايم در نخستين گام بايد به شناسايي ويژگي‌هاي هر منطقه و بررسي عوامل موثر بر امنيت آن پرداخت. يكي از اين عوامل، ويژگي‌هاي جغرافيايي است كه متاسفانه كم‌تر مدنظر كارشناسان و متخصصان قرار مي‌گيرد. اين در حالي است كه جغرافيا را علم فضا و مكان ناميده‌اند و موضوع آن پديده‌هاي طبيعي و انساني است. يكي از شهرهايي كه به‌نظر مي‌رسد عوامل جغرافيايي تاثير زيادي بر ميزان جرايم آن گذاشته است شهر مرودشت مي‌باشد. در آمارهاي ارايه شده از اين شهر، جرايمي چون قتل و تجاوز به‌عنف فراوان به چشم مي‌خورد، درحالي‌كه در برخي شهرهاي هم‌جوار اين آمار به‌طرز محسوسي پايين‌تر است. به‌همين دليل محدوده‌ي جغرافيايي پژوهش، شهر مرودشت انتخاب شده است. در تحقيق پيش‌رو براي دستيابي به نتايج مطلوب در اين زمينه، ازطريق پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته و با استفاده از روش توصيفي- پيمايشي نسبت به جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از بين جامعه‌ي آماري متشكل از فرماندهان، جانشينان، روسا و پرسنل باسابقه و باتجربه بخش‌هاي مختلف نيروي انتظامي شهر مرودشت اقدام گرديد. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه عوامل جغرافيايي (انساني و طبيعي) بر امنيت عمومي شهرستان مرودشت تاثير مستقيمي دارند. از ميان عوامل جغرافيايي، عواملي مانند مهاجرت، حاشيه‌نشيني، وجود اتباع بيگانه، زندگي در بافت فرسوده شهر، رشد شهرنشيني و نبود فرهنگ شهرنشيني متناسب با جامعه موردنظر كه جز عوامل جغرافيايي - انساني محسوب مي‌شوند، مهمترين عوامل جرم‌خيز بودن شهر مرودشت تشخيص داده شده‌اند.

Different parts of each state and city have specific features in case of the amount and types of crimes which directly impact on its security. In confronting the crimes, the first step to be taken is to identify the characteristics of each zone and to examine the factors influencing their security. One of these factors is the geographical factor which has been less considered by experts and specialists, while geography is called the science of space and place with natural and human phenomena as its subjects. Marvdasht is one of those cities in which the geographical factor seems to have a great impact. According to statistics, crimes such as homicide and rape are a lot in the city, while in some neighboring cities they are remarkably fewer. For this reason Marvdasht has been chosen as researchʹs geographical district. The following research in order to obtain desirable results has gathered information from a population of commanders, deputies, chiefs and the experienced personnel of different parts of the police of Marvdasht by making use of descriptive-survey method through questionnaire. The findings show that the geographical factors (human and natural) have a direct impact on Marvdashtʹs public security. Factors such as immigration; suburb dwelling; the presence of foreigners; living in a shabby urban texture; growth of urbanization and lack of an urbanization culture in proportion to the given society are of geographical-human factors identified as the main factors making Marvdasht a hot spot city.
