How to involve nature in the city? Structural or per capita?

براي تقويت حضور و نقش طبيعت در شهر دو رويكرد اصلي شناخته شده است : اول : افزايش سرانه فضاي سبز از طريق ايجاد پهنه‌هاي وسيع و بزرگ‌مقياس در محدوده شهرها و حومه آنها را ضروري مي‌داند. اين نواحي غالباً در خارج از محدوده زندگي روزانه مردم قرار مي‌گيرد و در آنها معضلاتي همچون ايجاد فضاهاي بي‌دفاع به وجود مي‌آيد. دوم : توسعه براساس ساختارهاي طبيعي شهرها را شرط مي‌داند. تقويت عناصر طبيعي شهر، حتي در مقياس خرد، به تقويت حضور پايدار طبيعت در شهر مي‌انجامد. اين رويكرد توجه به شرايط تاريخي و اجتماعي و نقش اين عناصر در ذهن و زندگي مردم را در برنامه‌ريزي‌هاي محيط و منظر ضروري مي‌شناسد. مجله «منظر»، به سفارش «سازمان زيباسازي شهر تهران» موضوع «طبيعت در شهر تهران» را مورد بررسي قرار داده است. در اين راستا مجله، نظر متخصصان حوزه‌هاي مختلف را درباره دو رويكرد توسعه طبيعت در شهر جويا شد. در ادامه سوال از پاسخ‌دهندگان خواسته شد در صورتي كه رويكرد دوم را صحيح مي‌نگرند، به اين سوال پاسخ دهند چرا مديريت شهر تهران رويكرد نخست را برگزيده است و نقش سه بخش مديريت شهري، حرفه‌مندان و سرمايه‌داران مولد پروژه‌ها در انتخاب اين رويكرد را چگونه ارزيابي مي‌كنند؟

There are two main approaches that have been identified in order to enhance the role of nature in the city: First: It is essential to increase the green space per capita by creating wide large-scale green spaces within the city and suburban areas. These areas are often outside the range of daily life where problems such as defenseless spaces are occurred. Second: Development based on natural structure of the city is necessary. Enhancement of natural elements, even in small-scale, will lead to enhancement of sustainable presence of nature in the city. This approach determines considering the social and historical conditions and their role in the minds and lives of people for landscape and environment planning an imperative. “Manzar” journal have interrogated “Beautification by Nature” under the commission of “Tehran city beautification organization”. In this regard, this journal asked the experts of various fields about the two approaches of nature development in the city. The respondents were asked further questions that if they consider the second approach the correct one, why the administration of Tehran city has chosen the first approach and how they assess the role of urban management, professionals and financiers in selecting these approaches.
