چكيده فارسي :
طرح مساله: افزايش جمعيت و رشد شهرنشيني به عنوان پديده‌اي فراگير در يك صد سال اخير هم كشورهاي صنعتي و هم كشورهاي در حال توسعه را با چالش‌هاي جديدي رو به رو ساخته است. توجه به نقش مشاركت اجتماعي در توانمند سازي انسان ها، افزايش بهره‌وري، كاهش مشكلات شهري و تحقق توسعه، مشكلات ناشي از عدم مشاركت و مشاركت محدود در فعاليت‌هاي اجتماعي شهري در جامعه ايران كه در دوران گذار از جامعه سنتي به مدرن است به عنوان يك مساله اساسي در مديريت شهري است.
مقاله حاضر بر مبناي پژوهشي تدوين يافته است كه در سال 1389 با عنوان «بررسي عوامل موثر بر مشاركت اجتماعي و فرهنگي دانشجويان دختر دانشگاه پيام نور» انجام گرفت و در آن متغيرهاي ميزان تحصيلات، احساس تعلق اجتماعي، مشكلات اقتصادي، عضويت در تشكل هاي اجتماعي و فرهنگي به عنوان عمده ترين عامل تاثيرگذار در زمينه سازي مشاركت اجتماعي و فرهنگي دانشجويان تحليل و تبيين گرديد.
روش: پژوهش با استفاده از روش هاي اسنادي و پيمايش انجام گرفت، براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از تكنيك پرسشنامه كه پيش آزمايش شده بود، استفاده گرديد و پس از تكميل پرسشنامه، داده هاي گردآوري شده، بر اساس مقياس هاي اندازه گيري متغيرها كدگذاري و با نرم افزار spss پردازش و تجزيه و تحليل شده اند. داده هاي به دست آمده از اين پژوهش به صورت آمار توصيفي ارايه گشته و نتايج تحليل آن در آمار استنباطي با استفاده از آزمون T.test و پيرسون در روش انجام شده است.
يافته ها: بين متغيرهاي احساس تعلق اجتماعي و مشكلات اقتصادي و عضويت در تشكل ها و نهادهاي اجتماعي و فرهنگي رابطه معناداري مشاهده شده است. اما تاثير ميزان تحصيلات بر مشاركت اجتماعي و فرهنگي دانشجويان دختر همواره قابل تاييد نيست و مي تواند وجهي سلبي به خود بگيرد و از مشاركت مورد انتظار آنان بكاهد.
نتايج: با كاهش مشكلات اقتصادي ميزان مشاركت دانشجويان افزايش چشم گيري داشته، افزايش احساس تعلق اجتماعي و عضويت در تشكل هاي اجتماعي هم كمك شاياني به ميزان مشاركت دانشجويان كرده است. افزايش سطح تحصيلات بر ميزان مشاركت دانشجويان تاثير معناداري نشان نداد. بنابراين تلاش براي اصلاح و تغيير قوانين حاكم بر شيون دختران جامعه تحصيل كرده دانشگاه نسبت به مساله مشاركت و هم چنين كاهش مشكلات اقتصادي و گسترش احساس تعلق اجتماعي، پيش شرط اساسي براي ارتقاي مشاركت آنان است

Population growth and the increased trend in citizenship over the past century have challenged both industrialized and developing nations. With regard to the role of social involvement in the human empowerment, enhancement of productivity, reduction of the city problems and realization of development, the problems arising from lack of participation or limited participation in the social activities of the cities in Iran, which is moving from a traditional to a modern society, are considered a major issue in city management. The present article is based on a study conducted in 2010 under the title of “A study of the Factors Affecting the Rate of Social and Cultural Participation of Payam - e- nour university Girl Students”, in which the variables such as educational level, sense of social dependence, financial problems, and membership in social and cultural organizations were analyzed as the most influential factors in the social and cultural participation. The study was carried out by survey and documentary approaches. Pretested questionnaires were used for data collection. Then, on the basis of the measurement scales of the variables, the data were codified and processed through the use of Spss software. Descriptive statistics (percent, frequency, mean, and median) and the inferential approach utilizing T- test and Pearson’s model were used in analyzing the data. The findings showed that there is a significant relationship between the sense of social dependence, financial problems and membership in social and cultural organizations. However, the effect of educational level on the girl students’ social and cultural participation cannot always be confirmed and may lead to a reduction in their participation. The results indicated that alleviating financial problems has caused a considerable increase in the students’ participation. Also, the increase in their sense of social dependence and membership in social organizations have contributed to the students participation. The increase in educational level didn’t cause a significant increase in their participation. Therefore, trying to qualify and change their attitudes toward participation, diminishing their financial problems, and increasing their social dependence acted as a prerequisite for enhancing their participation
