بررسي رابطه سرمايه فكري و عملكرد مالي شركت‌هاي پذيرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار

The Investigation of Relationship between Intellectual Capital and Financial Performance in Companies on Stock Exchange

امروزه دانش به عنوان مهم‌ترين سرمايه، جايگزين سرمايه‌هاي مادي به ويژه در محيط رقابتي و فناوري ‌‌شده ‌است. لذا مفهوم سرمايه فكري كاربردي مهم و گسترده يافته ‌است. سرمايه فكري در مشتريان، فرايندها، اطلاعات، علامت تجاري، منابع انساني و سيستم‌هاي سازمان متجلي مي‌شود و نقش فزاينده‌اي در خلق مزيت‌هاي رقابتي پايدار ايفا مي‌كند. اين پژوهش به بررسي رابطه سرمايه فكري و عملكرد شركت‌هاي پذيرفته‌‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار پرداخته است. به اين منظور ابتدا پنج شاخص كليدي عملكرد شركت‌ها و شاخص كارايي سرمايه فكري با استفاده ‌از مدل "پاليك" در جامعه آماري شركت‌هاي پذيرفته‌‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار طي سال‌هاي 1384 تا 1388، اندازه‌گيري ‌‌شده، سپس تاثير سرمايه فكري و اجزاي آن بر هر يك از شاخص‌هاي عملكرد مالي با استفاده ‌از الگوي رگرسيون خطي مورد آزمون قرار گرفته است. نتايج حاصل از اين تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد سرمايه فكري با شاخص‌هاي نرخ بازده حقوق صاحبان سهام، بهره‌وري كاركنان و نسبت ارزش بازار به ارزش دفتري هر سهم، بازده دارايي‌ها و سود هر سهم رابطه مستقيم دارد.

Today knowledge as the most important capital is replaced for physical capital especially in comparative and technological environments. Therefore the conception of intellectual capital has important and wide usage. Intellectual capital is appeared in customers, processes, information, brand, human resources, and organization systems and plays an extreme role in creation of constant comparative advantage. This research studies about the relationship between intellectual capital and financial performance. For this purpose at first, five key indices of companies performances and index of intellectual capital by using of Public model in statistical society of accepted companies on the Iran Stock Exchange for five years (2005 to 2009) are measured and then experimented the influence of intellectual capital and its components on five financial performance indices by using of linear regression model. The findings indicate that intellectual capital and ROE, EP MV/BV, ROA and EPS are positively related.
