معيارهاي عدالت توزيعي مقايسه تطبيقي ديدگاه هاي جان راولز و شهيد مطهري

The Criteria for Distributional Justice: A Comparative Study of John Rawls and Shahid Motahari Viewpoints

جان راولز از بزرگترين فلاسفه سياسي در حوزه عدالت اجتماعي و شهيد مرتضي مطهري از بزرگترين متفكرين اسلام­شناس قرن بيستم مي­باشند. گرچه هيچ يك از اين دو انديشمند به نام يك اقتصاددان معروف نمي­باشند، اما در آثار آنان مي­توان معيارهاي قابل تاملي را براي توزيع عادلانه اقتصادي پيدا نمود. راولز معتقد بود كه توزيع امكانات اوليه به خصوص آزادي­هاي اساسي بايد به طور برابر صورت گيرد. وي نابرابري­هاي توزيعي را به دو شرط دريافت به ميزان تلاش مشاغل و توزيع به نفع پايين­ترين طبقات مورد پذيرش مي­دانست. از سوي ديگر شهيد مطهري نظام توزيع در سه مرحله توزيع برابر امكانات اوليه، توزيع متناسب با استحقاق افراد در درآمد به وجود آمده و بازتوزيع دارايي­ها به منظور ايجاد توازن اجتماعي را مطرح نموده­اند. فراديني بودن ذات عدالت، توزيع مساوي امكانات اوليه، توزيع به ميزان استحقاق افراد و توجه به طبقه ضعيف جامعه از مهمترين نقاط تشابه و منشا مشروعيت عدالت، نقش بازتوزيع اقتصادي و نيز مفهوم آزادي­ها از مهمترين نقاط تمايز در بين ديدگاه­هاي اين دو متفكر معاصر مي­باشد.

John Rawls is one of the biggest political philosophers in social justice field and Shahid Morteza Motahari is one of the Islamic Scholars in 20st century. Although none of them is economist, there are noteworthy criterions of economic just distribution in their works. Rawls believed the initial facilities-particularly basic freedoms-should be distributed equally. He accepted the unequally distributions provided that incomes and efforts move proportional to each other and his inclination was toward the lowest income levels. Furthermore, Shahid Motahari described equal initial facilities distribution, distribution according to the people’s merit and assets redistribution based on social harmony as three stages of distribution system. Considering the nature of justice as something beyond religion, the equal initial facilities distribution, according merit distribution and the regard to the low-income people are the important similar points; and the origin of legitimacy of justice, economic redistribution role and concepts of freedoms are the important different points of these two thinkers’ viewpoints.
