ارزيابي برنامه هاي آموزش كارآفريني در آموزش عالي

Evaluation of entrepreneurship education program in higher education

در اين پژوهش برنامه آموزش كارآفريني و تاثير آن بر قصد كارآفريني دانشجويان و عوامل تعيين كننده آن شامل "نگرش به رفتار كارآفريني"، "هنجارهاي ذهني" و "درك كنترل رفتاري" ارزيابي شد. جامعه آماري دانشجويان دانشگاههاي گلپايگان شركت‌كننده در دوره 72 ساعته آموزش كارآفريني بودند. داده‌هاي پژوهش به وسيله پرسشنامه و در دو مرحله ابتدا و انتهاي دوره جمع‌آوري شدند. نتايج نشان داد كه تاثير آموزش كارآفريني بر قصد كارآفريني دانشجويان معنادار است، در حالي كه تفاوت معناداري در متغيرهاي تعيين‌كننده قصد ايجاد نشده است. همچنين، تاثير آموزش كارآفريني بر دانشجويان مهندسي صنايع نسبت به ساير دانشجويان در متغيرهاي "نگرش به رفتاركارآفريني" و "هنجارهاي ذهني" يكسان نيست.

The main purpose of this paper is to identify the effect of education on entrepreneurship intention and its determinants, including "attitude towards behavior", "subjective norms" and "perceived behavioral control" in Golpayegan University students that participate in the 72 hours entrepreneurship education workshop. Data has been collected by questionnaire in two phases, at the beginning and at the end of semester. The results pointed out the impact of entrepreneurship education on studentsʹ entrepreneurship intention, but not significant in determinants elements. Also, the impact of entrepreneurship education on industrial engineering students in comparison with other group of students was significant in variables "attitude towards behavior" and "subjective norms".
