بررسي وضع موجود توانايي و صلاحيت‌هاي معلمان از ديدگاه دانش‌آموزان و مقايسه‌ با وضع مطلوب از ديدگاه صاحب‌نظران در درس فيزيك سال چهارم دبيرستان

هدف اين پژوهش بررسي توانايي و صلاحيت‌هاي معلمان از ديدگاه دانش‌آموزان در وضع موجود و مقايسه آن با وضع مطلوب ازديدگاه صاحب نظران، در درس فيزيك و آزمايشگاه دوره متوسطه شهرستان قدس سال تحصيلي 91 ـ 90 است. اين پژوهش از نوع‌كاربردي و در آن از روش توصيفي زمينه ياب استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري آن، دانش‌آموز سال چهارم رشته رياضي و تجربي در قالب 15 دبيرستان شهر قدس است كه با استفاده از جدول اعداد تصادفي280=n دانش‌آموز به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و همچنين از 35 نفر صاحب‌ نظران علوم تربيتي در مورد صلاحيت‌هاي مطلوب معلمان، نظرخواهي به عمل آمد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محققق ساخته است كه روايي آن توسط اساتيد علوم تربيتي تعيين و پايايي آن از طريق فرمول آلفاي كرونباخ (درصد 89=n) به دست آمده است. جهت تجزيه تحليل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار spss و از آزمون مقايسه ميانگين‌هاي مستقل و آزمون مقايسه يك ميانگين با عدد ثابت استفاده شده است. تجزيه و تحليل آماري نشان مي‌دهد كه با توجه به اين كه سطح معناداري محاسبه شده از 01/0 كوچكتر است، بنابراين بين وضعيت موجود توانمندي معلمان با وضعيت مطلوب توانمندي آنان تفاوت معناداري مشاهده گرديده است. لذا مي‌توان اظهار داشت كه وضعيت موجود توانمندي معلمان در 3 بعد شناختي، مهارتي و نگرشي در حد مطلوب نيست.

The major goal of this research was surveying on the present status of the ability and competencies of the teachers from the perspective of students and the comparison with the ideal situation from the perspective of experts about physics in the fourth grade of high schools in Shahre ghod. This research as an applied one was carried out on the basis of descriptive-explanatoryresearch methodology. The participants of the research were students from 15 High schools. The research sample was taken based on Krejsi and Morgan Sampling Table. The sample size was consisted of 280 students. Furthermore, 35 educational experts were surveyed. The stability of the researchʹs tool was estimated by the Cronbachʹs alpha as 89%. The research data was analyzed by the alpha one-sample t-test and independent samples t-test statistics. The analysis of data based on the students’ perspectives revealed that cognitive, affective domain and skills were different from educational experts’ perspectives. The research findings showed that on physics education and laboratory, the teacher was not competent.
