مرحله توليد پايگاه دانش سيستم‌هاي خبره، تنگناي طراحي سيستم‌هاي خبره محسوب مي‌شود. هزينه انجام اين مرحله از ابعاد مختلف از قبيل زمان، سرمايه، نيروي انساني، دقت و مانند آن به حدي است كه بخش اعظم هزينه توليد سيستم خبره محسوب مي‌شود. موفق‌ترين روش براي برخورد با اين تنگنا، توسعه ابزارهاي خاص اخذ دانش از انسان خبره است. اين ابزارها كه تك منظوره هستند، به انسان خبره امكان مي‌دهد پايگاه دانش سيستم خبره را با هزينه مناسبي توليد نمايد. هدف مقاله حاضر، شرح طراحي زبان مدل‌سازي دانش امنيت شبكه NSKMAL و اشاره اي به محيط گرافيكي NSKTOOL است كه جهت توليد پايگاه دانش سيستم خبره تحليل‌گر امنيت شبكه طراحي و توليد شده‌اند. انسان خبره امنيت شبكه قادر است با استفاده از محيط گرافيكي NSKTOOL دانش امنيت را فرموله و به پايگاه دانش منتقل نمايد. نتيجه تعامل انسان خبره و NSKTOOL به مجموعه‌اي از دستورات زبان NSKMAL تبديل شده كه متعاقباً توسط مفسر زبان NSKMAL تفسير و تغييرات لازم در پايگاه دانش اعمال مي شود.

The most important and difficult step in producing Expert System is the production of Knowledge Base. This step acquires the most of the cost in such production for assumption of human resource, assets, time, accuracy and etc. The best way to simplify and reduce costs is designing especial tools which expand the acquisition of expert knowledge. These tools are single purpose in each specific field, and they can help the experts in production of knowledge base of expert system with reasonable costs. The purpose of this paper is to describe Network SecurityKnowledge Modeling Abstract Language (NSKMAL) designing and to mention Network Security Knowledge Tool (NSKTOOL) environment. They are designed and implemented especially for production of knowledge base of Network Security Test Analysis Expert System. Network Security experts can formulate and save knowledge with use of graphical environment of NSKTOOL at Knowledge Base. The result of interaction between experts and NSKTOOL is a set of NSKMAL instruction. These instructions are compile with NSKMAL interpreter to execute and update the Knowledge Base.
