The Role of Insight in Training the Military

با نگاه تحقيقي در سير مراحل تكاملي زندگي بشر و بررسي وقايع حادث شده، آنچه بيش از هر عاملي در رسيدن يا نرسيدن به پيروزي و موفقيت‌ها تاثيرگذار بوده، فاكتور شناخت و آگاهي از موضوع مطرح شده بوده، و در اين راستا شناخت يا به بيان بزرگان ديني بصيرت، در رشد و تكامل رسيدن به اهداف و آرمان‌هاي تعريف شده و همچنين مقابله كردن با مشكلات و موانع سطح راه براي هر امتي كارگشا بوده است. با اين نگاه انسان به اين حقيقت مي‌رسد، افراد با بصيرت كساني هستند كه بشنوند و بينديشند، و در مسير اهداف تعريف شده جامعه حركت نمايند و از فراز و فرودهاي جبري عبرت گرفته و مانع از سقوط خود و جامعه گردد. در قرآن كريم خداوند انسان‌ها را به تعقل كردن دعوت مي‌كند و مي‌فرمايند؛ «آيا در زمين سير نمي‌كنند تا صاحب دل‌هايي گردند كه بدان تعقل كنند و گوش‌هايي كه بدان بشنوند؟» (سوره حج، آيه 46 ). با توجه به اهداف بلند نظام مقدس جمهوري اسلامي ايران و وظيفه سنگين سربازي، تهيه كنندگان اين نوشتار به دنبال پاسخ اين سوال هستند، بصيرت سياسي تا چه اندازه‌اي در پرورش عناصر نظامي ولايت مدار اثر گذار است؟ در پاسخ به اين سوال، فرضيه‌اي كه به ذهن نگارنده متبادر مي‌شود؛ نقش بصيرت سياسي در پرورش نظامي سبب حاكميت افكار ولايتي در مجموعه نظامي مي‌شود، جهت تحقق اين هدف والا، تحقيق حاضر به روش توصيفي – تحليلي صورت گرفته است. تا دريچه‌اي را در مراكز آموزشي و پژوهشي، براي فرماندهان و اساتيد در رده‌هاي مختلف باز نمايد، و سبب شود تا نگاهشان بيشتر معطوف به ديدگاه ولايت گردد و با اين ديدگاه كاركناني بصير را تربيت نمايند.

With an scholarly viewpoint in the evolutionary stages of human life, and the study of events occurred, the most influential factor in achieving or not achieving successes and victories, is recognition and awareness of the proposed matter; in this direction, recognition or as the religious grandees said “insight”, is influential and effective in the growth, evolution, and fulfillment of goals and identified ideas, as well as encountering problems and barriers for every nation. In this view we get to the fact that, the insightful people are those who hear and think, and move in the direction of societies’ defined goals, and learn from compulsory ups and downs, and prevent from the falling of self and society. In the Holy Quran, God invites people to think and say: “don’t they pass-through the earth to possess hearts by which they think and ears by which they hear?” (Surah: Haj, Verse 46). Considering the long-term objectives of Iran and the high-duty of military-service, the authors of this article try to answer this question: “To what extent does the political insight effect the training of the military obedient to the Islamic supreme?” to answer this question, a hypothesis crosses the author’s mind: the role of political insight in the training of the military makes the supreme leader thoughts and ideas rule over the military. To reach this supreme goal, the present article is done through descriptive-analytic method to open a window in the educational and research centers for commanders and teachers in a variety of ranks, inclines their view mostly towards the viewpoint of the supreme leader and trains insightful personnel with this point of view.
