بررسي عوامل موثر بر گرايش روستاييان به ادغام روستاها در يكديگر و ايجاد شهرهاي جديد

Evaluation of effective elements on villagersʹʹ tendency to the merger of villages and creation of new cities. (Case study: villages around of Bonab City)

شكل‌گيري شهرهاي جديد در كشور ما سابقه كمي دارد با اين حال توسعه شهرنشيني در دو- سه دهه اخير شتابي چشمگير يافته است و تقويت شهرهاي كوچك و بهبود توسعه روستايي داراي روابط تنگاتنگي هستند. در اين مقاله تلاش شد تا عوامل موثر بر گرايش روستاييان به مساله ادغام روستاها در يكديگر و شكل‌گيري شهرهاي جديد مورد بررسي قرار گيرد. روش تحقيق در اين مطالعه، از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر روش، توصيفي- تحليلي و همبستگي است كه بخش عمده‌اي از داده‌هاي آن بر اساس مطالعات ميداني و با روش نمونه‌گيري (كوكران) از سطح 179 خانوار نمونه‌ منطقه جمع‌آوري شده است. يافته‌هاي مطالعه بر اساس نتايج حاصل از آزمون t تك نمونه‌اي براي بررسي ميزان اثرگذاري حاصل از عوامل اجتماعي، اقتصادي و محيطي نشان داد كه در سطح معناداري بالاتر از 95 درصد، اين متغيرها با ميانگين 4/3 تا 6/3 بر گرايش روستاييان به ادغام روستاها در يكديگر تاثير داشته است. علاوه بر اين نتايج حاصل از t دو نمونه‌اي در رابطه با اثرگذاري جنس در گرايش روستاييان به ادغام روستاها در يكديگر نشان مي‌دهد كه تفاوت معناداري در گرايش آنان وجود دارد، اما در رابطه با دو متغير سن و تحصيلات با توجه به آزمون‌هاي لون و كولموگروف – اسميرنوف نتايج حاكي از يكساني نظرات افراد بوده است. با توجه به يافته‌ها، راهكارهايي شامل فراهم نمودن زمينه‌هاي اشتغال جمعيت بيكار و فعال روستايي در شهرهاي كوچك و پيشگيري از مهاجرت بيكاران روستايي به كلان‌شهرها؛ توسعه بازارهاي محلي با تاكيد بر عرضه محصولات كشاورزي در شهرهاي كوچك؛ ايجاد تسهيلات و مشوق‌هاي سرمايه گذاري در شهرهاي كوچك و فراهم كردن زمينه‌هايي براي حفظ فرهنگ‌ها و سنت‌هاي روستايي و غيره پيشنهاد شده است.

The creation of new cities in our country is of no old history. However, urbanization process in the late two or three decades has rapidly been progressed and there is a relationship between the process of fortification of small towns and the improvement of rural expansion. In this article, there was an attempt to study effective elements in the villagersʹ tendency into the merger of villages and creation of new cities. The research method here in this study in the viewpoint of aim is applied and methodologically is descriptive- analytical and correlation, main part of which involves data that have been collected based on field study and by sampling from 179 families in the area. The findings of this study based on the results of one- sample t-test to assess the impact of social, economic and environmental elements showed that these elements have an influence in villagersʹ tendency to the merger of villages in a meaningful level, i.e. up to 95 percent and in average of 3.4 and 3.6. Besides, the results of two –sample t-test on the effect of villagersʹ gender on their tendency shows that there is a meaningful difference in their tendency. But the results of Lowen and Kolmogroph- Esmirnoph tests depict that age and education as two variables have resulted in no difference in the villagersʹ tendency. Having referred back to the findings, some solutions are proposed such as providing employment for unemployed active rural population in small cities in order to prevent the unemployed from migrating to metropolitans, improvement of local markets by the aim of presenting husbandry crops in the small cities, providing facilitation and investment in small cities and providing for the preservation of culture and tradition of rural areas, etc.
