شناسايي و توصيف الگوها و ماهيت دانش و تحقيقات مقالات تاليفي مديريت ورزشي (1390-1386)

The Identification and Description of Patterns and Identity of Science and Researches in Sport Management Papers (2008-2012)

هدف تحقيق حاضر، شناسايي و توصيف الگوها و تعيين ماهيت دانش و تحقيقات مديريت ورزشي با تاكيد بر مقالات علمي پژوهشي داخلي است كه با استفاده از روش تحليل استنادي و تحليل محتوا مبتني بر نگاهي همه‌جانبه و از تمام زوايا بر پارادايم هاي اثبات گرايي، انتقادي و تفسيرگرايي انجام گرفته است. روش تحقيق توصيفي تحليلي است كه بدين منظور از نرم افزارهاي اكسل و اس پي اس اس استفاده شد. نمونه آماري پژوهش 153 مقاله از چهار مجله علمي پژوهشي ورزشي بود. در اين مقاله نخست بيشترين سهم مقالات علمي پژوهشي از ديگر رشته ها در مديريت ورزشي تعيين مي شود. در ادامه تيوري هاي به‌كارگرفته‌شده در مقالات به‌عنوان يكي از شاخص هاي تعيين‌كننده دانش فرارشته اي و سپس ميزان خوداستنادي، دگراستنادي و نوع استنادها بررسي مي‌شود. نتايج نشان داد كه روند مطالعه اين علم در حيطه مديريت ورزشي با توجه به مداخله رشته هاي ديگر متفاوت است، به‌عبارتي بيشترين ميزان استناد به رشته مديريت است، در واقع ميزان خوداستنادي رشته مديريت ورزشي، حدود 60 درصد است و 40 درصد متكي به رشته هاي ديگر است. كمترين ميزان استناد رشته مديريت به تاريخ (07/0 درصد)، دين شناسي (05/0 درصد) و زبان‌شناسي (05/0 درصد) بوده است، اين درحالي است كه به رشته هاي هنر و كشاورزي استنادي نداشته است. از ديگر نتايج مهم اين تحقيق تعيين ماهيت مديريت ورزشي به‌عنوان دانشي ميان رشته اي بود كه در اين زمينه به‌نظر مي رسد دانش مديريت ورزشي قابليت لازم براي ورود به دانش فرارشته اي را داراست، ولي تحقيقات انجام‌گرفته در مديريت ورزشي، در حيطه تحقيق فرارشته اي است. در نتيجه حركت رو به گسترش مديريت ورزشي به سمت و سوي دانش و تحقيق فرارشته اي بر مبناي تعامل شناخت‌شناسي و سطوح پيچيدگي هاي آن مي تواند چارچوب منسجمي براي دانش مديريت ورزشي ايجاد كند.

The aim of this study was to identify and describe the patterns and to determine the identity of sport management science and researches with an emphasis on science-research papers in Iran which was conducted by citation analysis and content analysis based on a full-scale view from all dimensions on positivism, critical and realism paradigms. Research method was descriptive-analytic and SPSS & EXCEL software was used. Research sample consisted of 153 papers from four sport science-research journals. First, this paper determined the most share of science-research papers in sport management among other disciplines. Then, this paper studied the theories implemented in papers as one of those determinant criteria for trans-disciplinary science and finally surveyed co-citation, citation and the type of citations. The results showed that the study process of this science in sport management was different with regard to the intervention of other fields of study. In other words, the majority of citation was pertained to management; in fact, the co-citation of sport management was 60% and 40% was pertained to other fields. The lowest citation of management was pertained to history (0.07%), theology (0.05%) and linguistics (0.05%) while it did not have any citations to art and agriculture. Another result determined the identity of sport management as an interdisciplinary science and it seems that sport management has the necessary potential for entering trans-disciplinary science, but conducted researches on sport management are in trans-disciplinary domain. As a result, the growing movement of sport management to trans-disciplinary science and research based on epistemology and its complexity levels can create a coherent framework for this science.
