بررسي علل مهاجرت روستاييان و پيامدهاي حاصل از آن در شهرستان بوكان (مورد : دهستان ايل گَوَرك)

Effective Ingredient on the Village People and its consequences in Boukan region, Case: EIl Gavark Villages

امروزه با تحولات گسترده اقتصادي- اجتماعي و تكنولوژيك از جمله در زمينه ايجاد شبكه هاي ارتباطي؛ روابط شهر و روستا بسيار گسترده و متنوع شده است. يكي از مهم ترين ابعاد اين روابط جريان جمعيت يا بعبارت ديگر مهاجرت از روستاها به سمت شهرها و بالعكس مي باشد. اين پژوهش كه با رويكردي كاربردي و با انجام عمليات پيمايشي انجام گرفته است، هدف از آن بررسي عوامل موثر در مهاجرتهاي روستايي دهستان ايل گَورك از توابع شهرستان بوكان و نيز پيامدهاي فضايي حاصل از اينگونه مهاجرتها در روستاهاي مورد مطالعه مي باشد. بر اين اساس تعداد90 خانوار مهاجر كه به شهرهاي منطقه كوج نموده اند، انتخاب و مورد پرسشگري واقع شده اند. براي بررسي پيامدهاي مهاجرت نيز سه روستاي قزل گنبد، گلولان سفلي و قروچاي عليا انتخاب و وضعيت روستاها مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار گرفته است. نتايج بيانگر تاثيرگذاري محدوديتهاي طبيعي و نيز مسايل اقتصادي– اجتماعي روستاها در افزايش مهاجرتهاي روستايي به طور هماهنگ است. گرچه 5/65 درصد از جامعه نمونه نقش نارساييهاي اقتصادي موجود در روستاها را مهم ترين عامل در مهاجرت خود بيان داشته اند. در اين راستا مهاجرفرستي روستايي، بافت جمعيتي ناحيه را به هم زده است. همچنين مهاجرت افراد در سنين كار، جمعيت روستاهاي دهستان ايل گورك را به صورت دو قطبي درآورده است. اين كاهش نيرويهاي مولد در روستاها در گذر زمان سبب تغيير در الگوي كشت، پايين-آمدن راندمان توليد، درآمدزايي و به تبع افزايش نسبي فقر در روستاهاي دهستان گرديده است. به لحاظ فرهنگي نيز رفتار مهاجرين سبب تغيير و دوگانگي نسبي در فضاي ارزشي روستاييان و به هم زدن بافت سنتي اجتماعي روستاهاي مورد مطالعه شده اند.

This research which has been done with applicational procedure and by relying upon collection of the information in both library and ground methods its goals is identification and study of the effective causes in the villages migration of EIl Gourak villages Boukan region, as well as area consequences resulted in such as migration in studying ploughman. In order to understanding of the effective causes in the migration of the villagers, adventurismed selection of sample from statistical society. According number of 90 refuqee family who have migration to various cities as Boukan selected and studied. In order to study of the migrations consequences also three Rural Ghazel, Gloulan and Ghrouchaye that have least rating of growth, selected and situation of villages studied. Results of researchs indicating of the effectiveness of natural limitations as well as villages economic-social problems increasing villager migration. Coordinationally- Although 65/5 percent from sample socity expressed economic inadequacy existing in village such as attempting to resolution of the unemployment, achieving task and earning as most important factor in their temporary and peyminant migration from village. Migratories of villager areas. Reduces denizen population of villages and instead causes babel and increasing of Boukans Region, in often of vills villages disturbed populations contexture which have few and sparse population. Eke the migration of the job-age people polarized Eil Gavark vills villager population at the one axis have positioned elder population and at another very young and non-productivepopulation. This abate in the productive population in villages during times resulted in the alteration of the cultivation standard, reduction of the production efficiency, earnings and result increasing of the relative depauperation in vills villager.
