Role of Teachers in Training Philosopher Children

از آنجا كه طرح فلسفه و كودك چند سالي است كه در نظام آموزشي كشور، جاي خود را باز كرده است و هركسي با بضاعت خود به آموزش در اين زمينه ميپردازد، مسيوليت سنگيني را بر دوش متوليان اين امر ميگذارد. بنابرين لزوم تربيت مربياني آموزش ديده و متبحر، بسيار ضروري بنظر ميرسد. از اينرو اين پرسش به ذهن متبادر ميگردد كه آيا مربيان دروس معمول، بدون فراگرفتن آموزشهاي لازم تدريس خاص فلسفه و كودك، ميتوانند فلسفيدن را به كودكان بياموزند؟ و تشكيل اجتماع پژوهشي را كه با بارش فكري در كودكان مي‌انجامد، مديريت كنند؟ نظام آموزشي كشور بعنوان متولي امر، چه تدابيري در اين خصوص انديشيده است؟ در نوشتار حاضر سعي بر آن شده است تا خواننده با روش تدريس خاص فلسفه و كودك و نقش مربي در اجراي كارگاههاي آموزشي براي دستيابي به رشد خلاقيت، تفكرورزي در كودكان و تدابير لازم در اين راستا، آشنا شود.

Since the Philosophy and Children Project has established its position in the educational system of Iran, those who are involved in this field have a heavy responsibility to provide the right type of education for children to achieve the goals of this Project. Therefore, it is extremely necessary to train skillful teachers for performing this task. Here, one might ask some questions: can the teachers of the normal courses in the school curriculum teach philosophical thinking to children? Can such teachers manage the formation of a community of enquiry which results in critical and creative thinking in children? As the responsible authority of this project, what policies has the educational system of the country adopted in this regard? In this paper, the writer has attempted to familiarize interested readers with the special teaching method of philosophy for children, the role of teachers in conducting instructional workshops targeting the growth of creativity, and the methods of thinking in children and the related policies.
