بررسي ارتباط بين رهبري معنوي و توانمندسازي (مورد مطالعه: دبيران زن مقطع متوسطه شهرستان ساوه)

Evaluation of Relationship between Spiritual Leadership and Empowerment (A Case Study: Female High School Teachers, City of Saveh)

تحقيق حاضر پژوهشي است كاربردي، توصيفي پيمايشي و كمي كه با هدف بررسي رابطه ميان رهبري معنوي و توانمندسازي در جامعه آماري شامل دبيران زن مقطع متوسطه شهرستان ساوه (در حدود 238 نفر) انجام پذيرفت. با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي و جدول مورگان، تعداد نمونه 148 نفري براي تكميل پرسشنامه هاي پژوهش در نظر گرفته شد. تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات با استفاده از روش مدل سازي معادلات ساختاري با رويكرد نرم افزار AMOS در دو بخش مدل اندازه-گيري و بخش ساختاري انجام پذيرفت. در بخش اول ويژگي هاي فني پرسشنامه بررسي شد و اصلاحات لازم صورت پذيرفت و در بخش دوم، ضرايب t براي بررسي فرضيه هاي پژوهش مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. نتايج پژوهش حاكي از رابطه مثبت و معنادار رهبري معنوي و توانمندسازي از يك سو و از سوي ديگر رابطه مثبت رهبري معنوي با ابعاد توانمندسازي است.

The present study is a descriptive–survey type research which aims to evaluate the relationship between spiritual leadership and empowerment of female high school teachers of Saveh City. The population of the study consists of 238 female high school teachers in Saveh city. Through random sampling method and Morgan Table, 148 participants were selected to fill out the survey questionnaires. The structural equation modeling (SEM) method and AMOS software were used to analyze the obtained data in either measurement model or structural sections. In the first section, the technical characteristics of the questionnaires were assessed and some corrections were made. In the second section, the t-coefficients for the study of research hypotheses were applied. The results indicated that there is a significant positive relationship between spiritual leadership and empowerment from one hand and a positive relationship between spiritual leadership and dimensions of empowerment on the other hand.
