تدريس همسال: راهبرد آموزش به دانش‌آموزان داراي نيازهاي ويژه در نظام آموزش فراگير

Peer Tutoring, The Strategy Teaching to Students with special need in the Inclusive system

تدريس هم سال يكی از راهبردهای آموزشی مؤثر به دانش‌آموزان دارای نيازهای ويژه در نظام آموزشی فراگير است. آموزش فراگير رويكردی مبتنی بر عادی سازی است و هدف آن آماده كردن فرد با نيازهای ويژه برای زندگی مناسب در جامعه می‌باشد. در آموزش فراگير دانش‌آموزان دارای نيازهای ويژه در كلاس‌های درس عادی در كنار ساير دانش‌آموزان با استفاده از خدمات معلم رابط به عنوان تسهيل گر مشغول به تحصيل می‌شوند. در اين راهبرد، يك دانش‌آموز (به عنوان آموزش يار) تجربه يادگيری را برای شاگرد ديگر (به عنوان آموزش گيرنده) تحت نظارت معلم فراهم می‌كند. در مقاله حاضر ضمن توصيف اين راهبرد آموزشی، شكل‌ها، مزايا و روش‌های اجرای آن، به مخاطرات استفاده از تدريس همسال و نقش معلم در اجرای موفقيت‌آميز آن پرداخته می‌شود.

Peer is one of the effective educational strategies for teaching students having special needs in the learning comprehensive system. Comprehensive education is a phenomenon based on normalization and its goal is to prepare the individual with the special needs for a suitable life in the society. In the comprehensive learning students with special needs will attend normal classes studying next to other students, taking advantage of the teacher acting as a liaison between the normal student and the one with special needs. In this strategy, a student (as a peer) provides his own learning experiences for the other student (the one with special needs) under the supervision of the teacher. In the current article, while the educational strategy problems, advantages and its implementation methods are described, the dangers of using peer teaching and the teacherʹs role in the successful implementation of the strategy have also been brought to the attention.
