مبحث فن آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در آموزش مدتی است كه مطرح است و در آموزش ويژه نيز از آن ياد می شود ولی نكته اصلی الگوی كاربرد بهينه در كلاس درس و يا مديريت در كاربری فن آوری است كه در اين مقاله به آن می‌پردازيم. كمك به گسترش مهارت‌های معلمان و كاركنان در كاربری فن آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در عمل كاری بس دشوار است. اين كار به همان اندازه برای معلمان دشوار است كه احساس كنند نقش مهمی در گسترش ميزان و كيفيت فراهم آوری فن آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در مدارس دارند. مدارس و دانشكده‌ها مانند هر سازمان ديگری ساختاری منظم دارند و معلمان در آن انواع وظايف و نقش‌های مديريتی را ايفا می‌كنند. يكی از اين نقش‌ها رابط فن آوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات است كه به طور مكرر به دنبال منابع تمام دانش‌های موجود و مخزن دسترسی به آن‌ها در اين زمينه است. اين مبحث برخی از مهارت‌ها و رويكردهايی را انعكاس می‌دهد كه در پشتيبانی از گسترش فن آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات به عنوان ابزاری در جهت برآوردن نيازهای تمام يادگيرندگان موثر است؛ همچنين به مهارت‌های بالای مديريتی در فن آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات می‌پردازد كه همه معلمان در صورت استفاده به آن نياز دارند. در واقع استفاده موفق از فن آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات نياز به تركيب خاصی از تخصص هم در حيطه فنی و هم در حوزه آموزشی دارد.

The subject of information technology and communications in education has, for a while, been discussed and it has been brought up in the special education too, but the main point we are planning to discuss in this article is the optimal application in the classroom and or the management in the application of technology. In practice, helping to expand teachersʹ skills in information technology and communications is very difficult. This task is as tough for teachers who feel that they have an important role in the expansion of the quality of providing information technology and communication in schools. Schools and universities the same as other organizations have an orderly structure and teachers play management roles. One of these roles is the liaison between information technology and communications which is constantly looking for the existing knowledge and available resources. This study reflects some of the skills and approaches that are effective in support of the information technology and communicationʹs expansion as tools for providing the needs of learners, it also deals with the high management skills in information who technology and communications, all teachers need them. In fact, the successful use of information technology and communications require a certain combination of specialty both technically and educationally.
