جايگاه عقلانيت در مديريت فرهنگي از نگاه اسلام

The Place of Intellectuality in Cultural Management from the Perspective of Islam

در اين نوشته تلاش مي كنيم تا ضمن تعريف عقل ،فرهنگ ، مديريت فرهنگي و مديريت ازديدگاه اسلام،جايگاه عقل عملي در مديريت فرهنگي را بررسي نماييم. سوال اصلي اين است كه نقش عقلانيت در مديريت فرهنگي چيست؟پاسخ اين است كه عقل با توجه به موضوع اجتهاد و حجيت آن در عرض ادله استنباط احكام شرعي بوده و همچنين در فهم برخي از مصالح و مفاسد و ملاكات احكام و حسن و قبح ووجود ملازمه ميان حكم شرع و عقل و تفسير و تاويل متون، در مديريت فرهنگي جامعه و مقابله با آسيب هاي اجتماعي و ...نقشي اساسي ايفا مي‌كند .طبق نظر اكثر انديشمندان اسلامي اين اصل پذيرفته شده است كه آيات و احاديث را مي توان با محك عقل سنجيد و اگر با عقل مخالفت داشته باشد، بايد تاويل شوند. همچنين اين مبنا كه ظواهر ديني در برابر براهين ‌عقلي، مقاومت ندارد مورد قبول همه متفكران اسلامي است. در پايان ويژگي‌هاي مدير فرهنگي را از ديدگاه آيات كريمه مورد بررسي قرار داده‌ايم:

In this paper, definingintellect, culture, cultural management and management from the viewpoint of Islam, we attempt to evaluate the place of practical intellectuality in cultural management. The main question is, ‘What is the role of intellectuality in cultural management?’. The results of the present study reveal that considering ijtihad and its authority in offering proofs for deducing legal rules, intellect plays a vital role in understanding the rulings related to the virtues and evils, criteria of rulings, goodness and badness, the complementary role of the Divine Law and intellect in issuing rules, interpretation and allegorical interpretation of texts,cultural managementof the community, encountering social ills, etc. Most Islamic scholars believe that the Quranic verses and hadiths need to be evaluated using intellect as a criterion. If they oppose intellect,they should be interpreted allegorically. Also, the statement that the outward aspects of religion are compatible with intellect is accepted by all the Islamic scholars. At the end of the paper,different features of cultural managementare examined on the basis of the Quranic verses.
