The Examination of Reasons of Non- Acceptance of Encouraging Good and Discouraging Bad in the Community

يكي از مسايل مهم و اساسي در راه احيا و اجراي امر به معروف و نهي از منكر در جامعه، بررسي وكنكاش در علل عدم پذيرش امر به معروف و نهي از منكر است.آسيب شناسي كارنامه امر به معروف و نهي از منكر، نقاط ضعف و موانع مقبوليت را آشكار مي سازد. در امر به معروف و نهي از منكر دو موجود مختار و آزاد با هم ارتباط و تعامل دارند. شناسايي ويژگي هاي احتمالي و ممكن الوجود در شخصيت و رفتار و گفتار «آمر» و «مامور» براي واكاوي و كشف مشكلات و چالش هاي پذيرش و مقبوليت امر به معروف و نهي از منكر در جامعه ضرورت دارد. در اين تحقيق از تجارب شخصي و ارزشيابي هاي تشخيصي و نظرخواهي ها از دبيران و اعضاي شوراهاي امر به معروف و نهي از منكر در كارگاه ها و دوره هاي آموزشي بهره برداري شده است. اين پژوهش با مطالعات فردي كتب حديثي و فقهي در حوزه امر به معروف و نهي از منكر با روش توصيفي و تحليلي معطوف به منابع پيرامون اين دو فريضه انجام شده است. هدف شناسايي و تبيين علل عدم پذيرش امر به معروف و نهي از منكر در جامعه و فراهم ساختن زمينه براي تلاش در راه رفع آنها مي باشد. عوامل عدم پذيرش امر به معروف و نهي از منكر در دو بخش علل مرتبط با آمران به معروف و ناهيان از منكر و علل مربوط به مخاطبان و شنوندگان شايسته طرح و بررسي است. در اين مقاله علل كلي و علل وابسته به آمران به معروف و ناهيان از منكر بررسي مي گردد.

O ne of the important and fundamental issues on reviving encouraging good and discouraging bad in is the examination and analysis ofnon- acceptance of encouraging good and discouraging bad. It is used personal experiences and cognitional evaluations and opinions of secretaries and members of councils of enjoining good and forbidding bad in training workshops and courses in this research. This research with individual studies of Islamic jurisprudential and hadith books in the field of encouraging good and discouraging bad with descriptive- analytic method with regarding sources about these two obligations has been conducted. The aim is to familiarity with and determining the reasons of non- acceptance of enjoininggood and forbidding bad in the community and providing background in order to remove them. It is good to explore and survey the causes of non- acceptance of encouraging good and discouraging bad in two sections, those relate to persons who implement and those relate to addressee. In this note the general reasons and reasons relate to those who implement encouraging good and discouraging bad are investigated.
