بررسي و تعيين مهارت‌هاي حرفه اي و شخصي مديران كتابخانه هاي تخصصي استانداري‌هاي كشور از ديدگاه مديران آن ها و استادان كتابداري و اطلاع رساني

Determining the professional and personal competences of managers of Iranian provincial Governorates’ libraries from the viewpoint of the managers and Library and Information Science professors

هدف: اين پژوهش به منظور شناسايي مهارت‌هاي حرفه اي و شخصي مديران كتابخانه هاي تخصصي از دو ديدگاه انجام گرفته است. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش از نوع توصيفي- پيمايشي است و ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه اي محقق ساخته است كه مهارت‌هاي مديريتي را در سه مولفه مهارت هاي ادراكي، انساني و فني بيان مي كند. جامعه آماري شامل مديران كتابخانه هاي تخصصي استانداري‌هاي كشور (31) و استادان علم اطلاعات و دانش شناسي كشور (170) مي باشد كه طبق فرمول كوكرال (118) نفر به عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شدند. روايي توسط تعدادي از اساتيد مورد تاييد قرار گرفت و پايايي آن با آلفاي كرونباخ 94/0 تاييد شد. داده ها با نرم افزار اس پي اس اس و آناليز واريانس و تي مستقل مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته ها: نتايج نشان داد از ديدگاه استادان بالاترين اولويت ها در مهارت‌هاي مديريتي مهارت‌هاي انساني 35/4، ادراكي 17/4 و فني 93/3 بوده و هم‌چنين از ديدگاه مديران كتابخانه‌ها بالاترين اولويت ها مربوط به مهارت‌هاي انساني 45/4، فني 24/4 و ادراكي 09/4 مي‌باشد. نتيجه گيري: بين ديدگاه استادان كتابداري و مديران كتابخانه هاي تخصصي در خصوص مهارت‌هاي (حرفه اي و شخصي) اختلاف معني دار وجود ندارد.

Purpose: The present study aims to investigate the personal and professional skills of special library administrators from the view of provincial governorates libraries administrators of the country and library professors according to their management skills. Methodology: the research Method was descriptive survey. For collecting data, the researcher has made a questionnaire that determines the required management skills of managers in the three components of cognitive, humanity and technical skills. The population of this study included all the provincial specialized libraries’ managers (31) and library and information sciences’ professors (170); for the first group of population, because of the limited number of samples, Cochran and for the second group of population census method were used. Validity confirmed by Some Professor and It’s Reliability Confirmed by %94 Cronbach Alpha, Data were analyzed by using SPSS Software and the inferential statistics like independent sample t-test and ANOVA were used too. Findings: Findings showed that the highest priorities in terms of management skills were humanity skills (4.35), perceptual skills (4.17) and technical skills with mean of (3.93). In addition, from the library managers’ point of view, the highest priorities are humanity skills (4.45), technical skills (4.24) and perceptual skills with the mean of (4.09). Conclusion: There was not a statistically significant difference between library professors and special libraries managers’ point of views according to their personal and professional skills
