ارزيابي زيرساخت‌هاي گردشگري با تاكيد بر محورهاي ارتباطي و توقفگاه‌ها از ديدگاه گردشگران (منطقه تاريخي – فرهنگي تبريز)

An Analysis of Tourism Infrastructures by Emphasising on Connecting Routes and Resorts from Tourist’s Point of View (Tabriz historical- cultural zone)

زيرساختهاي گردشگري خدمات و تسهيلاتي را در برمي‌گيرد كه رفاه گردشگر را فراهم كرده و دسترسي مناسب به اين عناصر، در جذب گردشگر و افزايش ماندگاري آنها در مقصد تاثير به سزايي دارد. هدف اين پژوهش، ارزيابي زيرساختهاي گردشگري منطقه تاريخي-فرهنگي تبريز با تاكيد بر محورهاي ارتباطي و توقفگاه‌ها مي‌باشد، بدين منظور، داده‌هاي مورد نياز از طريق تكميل پرسشنامه از گردشگران جمع‌آوري شده و جهت يافتن رابطه ميان متغيرها از نرم افزار spss در قالب آزمون‌هاي"كي دو"و"دو جمله‌اي"استفاده شده و نقشه‌هاي مورد نياز با استفاده از قابليت GIS تهيه و با ترسيم بافرهايمورد نظر در مناطق پيراموني آثار تاريخي اقدام به شناسايي و تعيين رينگ‌هاي پياده واجد ارزش تاريخي شده است. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه گردشگران به كيفيت شبكه‌هاي دسترسي، سهولت دسترسي به توقفگاه‌ها اهميت مي‌دهند، بنابراين حفظ وضعيت موجود اين زيرساختها و در صورت امكان ارتقاي سطح كيفيت آنها و سرمايه‌گذاري در اين راستا در جهت جلب رضايت گردشگران در الويت خواهد بود.

Tourism infrastructures include services and facilities which provide the tourists with welfare. Convenient access to these elements has a great impact on attracting tourists and increasing the length of their stay in their destination. The purpose of this study is to analyze the tourism infrastructures of Tabriz historical- cultural zone through an emphasis on its routes and resorts. To achieve this goal, the needed data were collected from tourists by means of questionnaire, and the statistical calculations were made to find any probable relationships between the variables using SPSS software in the form of chi-square and binominal tests. In order to prepare the required maps, the applications, street networks and resorts were categorized in terms of their performance using GIS. By drawing different buffers in surrounding areas of monuments, an attempt was made to locate and determine the historical connecting rings. The results indicated that tourists take care about the quality of access to special networks such as traffic lights, sufficient transportation devices, and ease of access to resorts. So maintaining the existing condition of infrastructures and improving their qualities, if possible, as well as investing in this area would be in priority to attract the touristsʹ satisfaction.
