مديريت فرهنگي و توسعه از ديدگاه امام خميني(س)

Cultural Management and Development in View of Imam Khomeini

فرآيند مديريت، از جمله مسايل بسيار مهم جوامع بشري است، بالاخص مديريت فرهنگي، كه جز لاينفك توسعه عمومي است، اگر فرهنگ يك جامعه، قوي، علمي و توسعه يافته باشد، به راحتي آن جامعه درمسير پيشرفت قرارخواهد گرفت. امام خميني فرهنگ را مهمترين عنصر توسعه قلمداد نموده است، موجوديت و هويت هر جامعه‌اي را منبعث از فرهنگ آن جامعه مي‌داند. ما در اين مقاله، به روش كتابخانه‌اي، اسنادي و تجزيه و تحليل محتوا، به دنبال اين هستيم كه مديريت فرهنگي را با سيري در سيره نبوي، علوي و امام خميني مورد تحقيق و بررسي قرار داده و ضمن تبيين نظري نقش بسيار مهم فرهنگ ا در هويت بخشي به جوامع، ثابت كنيم كه با توسعه فرهنگ صحيح مي‌توان به پيشرفت‌هاي اخلاقي، علمي، اقتصادي، سياسي، نظامي، ديني و ... دست يافت و، با فرهنگ سازي اهداف عاليه‌اي كه در نظام مقدس جمهوري اسلامي ايران وجود دارد مي‌توان مردم را عاشقانه به سمت و سوي آن اهداف مقدس سوق داد و رضايت خدا و مردم را به دست آورد و در پايان، ضمن يك نتيجه‌گيري از كل مقاله در راستاي آسيب‌شناسي مديريت فرهنگي به اين مسيله پرداخته‌ايم كه مديريت فرهنگي به چه سبك و شيوه‌اي بايد باشد تا بتواند محور توسعه در يك جامعه قرارگيرد،. پيشنهاد كليدي ما در اين مقاله اين است كه مديريت فرهنگي، بايد از طريق آموزش، وسايل ارتباط جمعي، يافته‌ها و دستاوردهاي علمي، موسسات و ادارات فرهنگي، شناخت نقاط قوت وضعف در برنامه ريزي‌هاي خرد وكلان كشور اعمال گردد.

The process of management, especially the cultural management, is an important issue in human societies, inseparable from all-out development. If culture in a society is strong and scientifically developed, the society will be easily kept on the track of development. Imam Khomeini believes that culture is the most important element in development. He attributes the existentiality and identity of any society to its culture. In this paper, we have applied library, documentary, and content analysis methods to study cultural management with a glance at the life and conduct of the Prophet (PBUH), Imam Ali (AS) and Imam Khomeini. While theoretical clarification of the important role of culture in identity restoration in societies, we intend to prove that by development of a right culture, societies can attain ethical, scientific, economic, political, military and religious developments. Thanks to the higher objectives available in the Islamic Republic of Iran, cultural development can help guide people toward those ideals and objectives in the cause of God and for public satisfaction. In the end, we have made a conclusion in line with pathology of cultural management, and continued by proposing that what style or manner should be adopted by the cultural management to make it the pivot of development in the society. Our key proposal in this paper is this that cultural management should be enforced in minor and major plans of the country through education, mass media, scientific findings and achievements, cultural organizations and bureaus, as well as identifying the strengths and weaknesses.
