بررسي عوامل اجتماعي موثر بر جرم (مطالعه موردي زندان دره شهر)

Reviewing the Factors Contributing to Crime (Case Study: Drae-shahr Prison)

مقاله حاضر به منظور بررسي ويژگي هاي اقتصادي _اجتماعي مجرمان و عوامل اجتماعي موثر بر جرم در شهر ستان دره شهر با استناد به رويكرد هاي نظري حوزه جامعه شناسي انحرافات نظير تيوري هاي ساختي، (بي سازماني و...)و تيوري هاي خرده فرهنگ بزهكار(خرده فرهنگ بزهكار كوهن و ميلر)، نظريه‌هاي يادگيري اجتماعي(پيوند افتراقي، و هويت افتراقي و..)و كنترل اجتماعي هيرشي سعي در ارايه تحليلي جامعه شناختي از جرم به منزله راهكاري براي مقابله با پديده جرم دارد. روش: با استفاده از روش تحليل داده هاي موجود تمامي پروند هاي موجود در زندان دره شهر در سال 1391 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت و پس از ساخت پرسشنامه متناسب با اطلا عات مندرج در پرونده هاي زندانيان اطلاعات به پرسشنامه انتقال يافته است در مجموع از اين تعداد پرونده 84 پرونده مورد تحليل قرار گرفته است. يافته‌هاي تحقيق: بر اساس يافته‌هاي تحقيق ازميان فر ضيات مطروحه تنها فرض رابطه سن و نوع جرم و همچنين فرض رابطه سن و همجرمي تاييد شدند.

The present article ,in order to review the socioeconomic characteristics of criminals and social factors contributing to crime in Dare-shahr city, and through referring to theoretical approaches of sociological deviations such as structural theories,(disorganization, etc),and theories of delinquent subculture (Kohen and Miller delinquent subculture),social learning theories(distinctive link, and distinctive identity, etc), and Hireshi social control aims at conducting a sociological analysis of crime as an approach for combating crime phenomenon. Methodology :In 2012, all the available files at Dare-shahr prison were reviewed by using data analysis method, and after developing the questionnaire proportionate with the information stipulated in the prisonersʹ files, the questionnaire was filled in with the relevant information .In total, 84 files have been analyzed. Research findings: Based on the research findings, from among the hypotheses raised just the hypothesis of the relationship between age and type of crime, and the hypothesis of the relationship between age and counterpoise was confirmed.
