دشواري‌هاي بازگشت به مبدا مهاجرت: جدايي فرهنگي، طرد و بهزيستي (بررسي نمونه اي از دانشجويان دختر ساكن خوابگاه هاي دانشگاه تهران و الزهرا )

Challenges of Return to Migrationʹʹs Origin: Cultural Estrangement, Exclusion, and Well-being

روند زنانه‌شدن مهاجرت هاي آموزشي در داخل كشور اين پرسش را مطرح مي سازد كه مهاجران موقت تا چه حد جدايي فرهنگي از محيط اوليه (مبدا) را تجربه مي كنند؟ آيا دامنه جدايي فرهنگي به عدم تناسب خواسته هاي فرد با امكانات و فرصت هاي محيط اوليه (طرد اجتماعي) و تقليل بهزيستي فردي مي انجامد؟ هدف تحقيق بررسي رابطه بين جدايي فرهنگي و بهزيستي (رضايتمندي و بهزيستي رواني) با وساطت طرد دوران گذار به بزرگسالي (ارزيابي نابرابري منطقه اي و جنسيتي در فرصت هاي گذار به بزرگسالي) و طرد از روابط اجتماعي است. روش تحقيق پيمايش و حجم نمونه 231 نفر از دانشجويان دختر ساكن خوابگاه هاي دانشگاه هاي الزهرا و تهران است. مبتني بر نظريه سازمن، تغيير هويت فرهنگي در طي مهاجرت موقت چهار تيپ متفاوت جدايي فرهنگي را شكل مي دهد. يافته ها نشان مي دهد مبتني بر تيپ هاي چهارگانه جدايي فرهنگي، اختلاف معناداري در ميزان رضايتمندي، ارزيابي طرد دوران گذار و طرد از روابط وجود دارد. همچنين جدايي فرهنگي از مبدا با طرد و ابعاد آن و نيز رضايتمندي رابطه دارد، اما با بهزيستي رواني مرتبط نيست.

The feminization of educational migration in the country leads to questions such as: to what extent do temporary migrants experience cultural estrangement from the place of residence? Does cultural estrangement direct to mismatch between oneʹs demand and surrounding opportunities (social exclusion), and oneʹs reduction of well-being? The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between cultural estrangement and well-being (satisfaction and psychological well-being) through exclusion of transition to adulthood (evaluation of regional and gender inequqlity in transition opportunities to adulthood) and social relationship exclusion. The research method is survey and the sample size is 231 female dorm students of Tehran and Al-Zahra universities. According to Sussman, cultural identityʹs change in temporary migrations demonstrates four different types of cultural estrangement. The researchʹs findings confirm this theory too, and the results represent significant differences in satisfaction, evaluation of transition exclusion, and relationship exclusion, based on four different types of cultural estrangement. Indeed, there are relations between cultural estrangement from the origins with exclusion and all its dimensions, also with satisfaction. However cultural estrangement is not associated with psychological well-being.
