شناسايي سرقت ادبي مبتني بر الگوريتم ژنتيك و برچسب گذاري نقش معنايي در مقالات علمي

Plagiarism detection in the scientific papers using semantic role labeling and Genetic algorithm

امروزه با پيشرفت روز افزون اينترنت و گسترش مقالات برخط ‌‌دستبردهاي علمي راحت‌‌تر شده است. سرقت ادبي استفاده دوباره يا كپي كردن متني بدون ارجاع به نويسنده‌‌ي اصلي است. سرقت علمي يا تقلب در مدارس و دانشگاهها مي‌‌تواند به عنوان يك فاكتور محرك براي معلمان، دانش آموزان، دانشجويان و اساتيد به حساب آيد. اگر سرقت علمي و ادبي به درستي شناسايي نشود، متقلبان و سارقان مي‌‌توانند به نتايجي برسند كه مستحق آن نيستند. در اين مقاله روشي جهت شناسايي سرقت ادبي بر مبناي برچسب‌‌گذاري نقش معنايي و الگوريتم ژنتيك ارايه مي‌‌شود. روش پيشنهادي بر روي متون انگليسي عمل پردازش را انجام مي‌‌دهد. نتايج آزمايش بر روي مجموعه داده‌‌هاي PAN-PC-09 نشان مي‌‌دهد كه روش پيشنهادي، مقدار پارامترهاي ارزيابي مانندRecall،‌‌Precision و F-measureرا نسبت به روش‌‌هاي قبلي ارايه شده در زمينه شناسايي سرقت ادبي بهبود مي‌‌دهد.

In recent years, Plagiarism has been easier through increasing development of internet and online papers. Plagiarism is to reuse or copy a text without referencing to the original author. Plagiarism or fraud in schools and universities will be a stimulating factor for researchers. If plagiarism was not identified correctly, cheaters and Plagiarists could get results that are not deserved.This paper presents a method based on the semantic role labeling (SRL) and Genetic Algorithm (GA). The Proposed method works on English texts. Results of the experiments on PAN-PC-9 corpus demonstrate that the proposed method improves values of evaluation parameters such as recall, precision and F-measure, comparing with previous approaches in plagiarism detection.
