بررسي توسعه كالبدي ـ فضايي شهرهاي ساحلي با تأكيد بر توسعه پايدار مطالعه موردي: شهر بندرتركمن

Evaluation of Physical-Spatial Development of Coastal Cities(Case Study: Bandare torkeman City)

توسعه ی كالبدی ـ فضایی روندی متحول برای پاسخگویی به نیازها و خواست های شهروندان است كه در برگیرنده فضاهای كالبدی جهت كاركردها و فعالیتهای نوین می باشد. هدف این پژوهش از یك سو بررسی روند توسعه ی كالبدی ـ فضایی شهر بندرتركمن در ادوار مختلف و از دیگر سو بررسی رابطه ی بین ظرفیت های محیطی ساحل با میزان توسعه ی كالبدی ـ فضایی شهر می باشد. به منظور دستیابی به هدف مذكور از دو روش تحلیل مكانی جهت بررسی روند توسعه و نیز روش پیمایشی استفاده گردید. جامعه ی آماری این تحقیق شهروندان و مسئولان و كارشناسان بوده اند كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 250 نفر تعیین شده و نمونه ها نیز به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده-اند. در همین راستا در گام نخست؛ ابتدا به بررسی روند توسعه ی شهر در ادوار مختلف زمانی با استفاده از نقشه های تهیه شده، سپس به بررسی رابطه ی بین میزان سرانه و تراكم جمعیت و همچنین به تحلیل شكل و چگونگی توسعه ی شهر با استفاده از مدل كمی آنتروپی پرداخته شد كه نتایج حاصل از این تكنیك نشان می دهد؛ در بخش تحلیل مكانی، توسعه ی كالبدی ـ فضایی شهر طی دوره های مختلف زمانی از گسترش موزون و برنامه ریزی شده برخوردار نبوده و رشد شهری بی قواره (اسپرال) بوده است و علت آن را می توان در مهاجرت بی رویه روستاییان به شهر پس از یكجانشین كردن تركنمن ها جستجو نمود. در گام بعدی با استفاده از آمارهای توصیفی و استنباطی، نقش ظرفیت‌های محیطی ساحل در توسعه ی كالبدی ـ فضایی شهر به وسیله ی نرم افزار Spss مورد سنجش قرار گرفت، همچنین نتایج حاصل از تحلیل همبستگی نشان می دهد كه اگرچه بین ظرفیت های محیطی ساحل با توسعه ی كالبدی ـ فضایی شهر رابطه ی 99درصدی و معنادار وجود دارد، اما متأسفانه عملكرد مدیران و مسئولان شهری در استفاده از توان های محیط ساحل مثبت تلقی نمی گردد و توزیع امكانات و خدمات در نواحی مختلف شهری عادلانه نبوده و محلات مختلف در برخورداری از امكانات و خدمات شهری تفاوت 99 درصدی و معناداری را نشان می دهند.

Physical and spatial development is an evolved Process to meet the needs that include Physical spaces for functions and new activities. The purposes of this study are to investigate the physical-spatial development of the Bandartorkman city during the different periods of time and to investigation of the relationship between coast environmental capacities with physical-spatial development. Two methods of spatial analysis to study the development and the survey (questionnaire) were used in order to achieve the goals. Survey of citizens and officials and experts have been determined using Cochranʹs formula 250 samples were selected randomly as well. In this regard, the process of city development in different periods of time were studied by using maps and then the investigation of relationship between per capita and density of population was performed as well as the analysis of form and How to develop of the city with Quantitative Entropy model in the first stage, that shows the results of this technique in the analysis of the spatial, physical development during different periods of time to develop rhythmic and urban spatial planning and urban growth was not ugly (Aspral) and it can cause uncontrolled migration of villagers to cities in search of Torkmanʹs to be sedentary. In the next stage, the role of Coast environmental capacities in physical-spatial development of city were examined by spss software and using descriptive and inferential statistics. Also, Results of correlation analysis show that although there is significant relation to 99 percent between environmental capacities with the physical-spatial development of city but unfortunately, the officials and city managers performances in the use of Existing capabilities are not positive and distribution facilities and services in different areas and neighborhoods in the city just did not have the facilities and utilities 99 percent difference between show.
