ارزيابي شاخص‌هاي كاركردي در زمينه تحقيقات پسته

Evaluation of Functional Index of Pistachio Research

در پژوهش حاضر وضعيت علم پسته (به‌ويژه شاخص‌هاي كاركردي) در ايران و جهان مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفته است. تعداد كل مدارك معتبر علمي كه به‌طور مستقيم در زمينه پسته گزارش شده، 989 مورد بوده است. برمبناي اين نتايج، 5/75 درصد از تعداد كل مدارك علمي، به مقالات علمي پژوهشي مربوط است كه در مجلات معتبر علمي چاپ شده است. بيشترين تعداد مقالات علمي (773 مقاله) در زمينه كشاورزي و علوم بيولوژي چاپ شده كه 6/53 درصد مقالات را شامل مي‌شود. بيشترين تعداد مقالات مربوط به پسته (129 مقاله) در سال 2011 چاپ شده و بيشترين تعداد مقالات علمي پسته مربوط به موسسه تحقيقات پسته كشور با تعداد 90 مقاله (7/10 درصد) است. برمبناي نتايج به‌دست آمده از پايگاه علمي اسكوپوس، ايران، آمريكا و تركيه به ترتيب با 6/34 ، 8/19و 1/16 درصد، پيشتاز توليد علم پسته هستند (توليدكننده 5/70 درصد از علم پسته). تعداد كل اختراعات ثبت شده در زمينه علم پسته، 93 عدد است كه در حدود 3/61 درصد آن در زمينه شيمي پسته ثبت شده است. 2/46 درصد ثبت اختراعات در زمينه ابزار و 9/41 درصد در زمينه علوم و صنايع غذايي است. نتايج فوق بيانگر اين مهم است كه با وجود توانايي علمي بالا در زمينه علم پسته در كشور، وجود تنها يك موسسه تخصصي تحقيقاتي، بودجه تحقيقاتي ناكافي و پايين بودن تعداد اعضاي هيات علمي متخصص پسته در كشور، خلا هاي موجود را به وضوح نشان مي‌دهد.

In the present study, the situation of pistachio science (especially functional indicators) in Iran and the world are investigated. The total number of scientific articles which directly reported on pistachio was 989. 75.5% of scientific documents related to the scientific research papers which were published in valid scientific journals. The largest number of scientific articles, 773 articles or 53.6% of articles was in the field of agriculture. Most pistachio articles (129 articles) were published in 2011. Iran Pistachio Research Institute has published the highest number of scientific articles (90 articles equivalent to 10.7% of all articles). Iran, U.S. and Turkey having 34.6, 19.8 and 16.1% of the articles (70.5%) respectively, are the leaders of pistachio science producer in the world. Iran and USA with 34.6%, 19.8% and 16.1% (70.5% of pistachio science) are the first science producers of pistachio. Inventions in the field of pistachio science were 93 inventions that 61.3% of them have been recorded in the field of chemistry. 46.2% of inventions were in the field of instruments and 41.9% of them were in the field of food science and technology. The above results indicate that for keeping the country of the first rank in science production of pistachio, as well as a revival in pistachio production in competition with other countries, more effort is needed. Despite high scientific potential in the field of pistachio science, presence of only one specialized research institute, inadequate research funding, and low number of pistachio scientific members in the country, show clearly the gaps.
