مقايسه صفات شخصيت و رضايت زناشويي در جانبازان با و بدون اختلال استرس پس از سانحه

Comparison of Personality Trait and Marital Satisfaction in Veterans with and without Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

اهداف: اختلال استرس پس از سانحه بر سلامت جسماني، رواني و رضايت زناشويي جانبازان پيامدهاي منفي دارد. همچنين مطالعات قبلي حاكي از ارتباط شخصيت با استرس پس از سانحه است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، مقايسه صفات شخصيت و رضايت زناشويي در جانبازان با و بدون اختلال استرس پس از سانحه بود. مواد و روش‌ها: در اين پژوهش علي مقايسه‌اي، تعداد 200 جانباز از ميان جانبازاني كه اسامي آنها در اداره بنياد شهيد و امور جانبازان استان چهارمحال و بختياري ثبت شده بود، به‌روش نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي تصادفي انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده، پرسش‌نامه صفات شخصيت لي و آشتون، پرسش‌نامه رضايت زناشويي انريچ و پرسش‌نامه جمعيت‌شناختي بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌هاي تحليل واريانس چندمتغيري و تك‌متغيري مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: نمرات رضايت زناشويي و صفات شخصيت در دو گروه جانبازان با و بدون اختلال پس از سانحه، تفاوت معني‌دار داشت (001/0p<). جانبازان با اختلال استرس پس از سانحه در مولفه‌هاي مسايل شخصيتي، روابط زناشويي، حل تعارض، مديريت مالي، اوقات فراغت، رابطه جنسي، بچه‌ها و ازدواج، نمرات پايين‌‌تري را گزارش كردند. همچنين جانبازان با اختلال استرس پس از سانحه در زيرمقياس‌هاي برون‌گرايي، توافق، وظيفه‌شناسي و گشودگي نيز نمرات پايين‌تري را گزارش نمودند. نتيجه‌گيري: رضايت زناشويي و صفات شخصيتي در جانبازان با اختلال استرس پس از سانحه از جانبازان بدون اختلال استرس پس از سانحه كمتر است.

Aims: Post traumatic stress disorder has negative consequences on physical, psychological health and marital satisfaction of veterans. Also, previous studies have suggested an association between personality and post traumatic stress. The aim of present study was the comparison of personality trait and marital satisfaction in veterans with and without post traumatic stress disorder. Materials Methods: In this causal comparative study, 200 veterans whose names were recorded in the Martyr Foundation and Veterans Affairs Administration of Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari province were selected through cluster random sling method. The tool that used was Lee and Ashton personality traits questionnaire ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale and the demographic questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multivariate and univariate analyzes of variance. Findings: Marital satisfaction and personality traits scores in the two veterans with and without post traumatic disorders had significant difference (p<0.001). Veterans with post traumatic stress disorder reported lower scores in components of personality issues, marital relations, conflict resolution, financial management, leisure, sex, children and marriage. Also, veterans with post traumatic stress disorder reported lower scores in subscales of extraversion, agreement conscientiousness and openness. Conclusion: Marital satisfaction and personality traits in veterans with post traumatic stress disorder is less than veterans without post traumatic stress disorder
