سرمايه اجتماعي؛ چشم‌اندازي براي تحقق امنيت اجتماعي

Social capital perspective to the social security

امنيت اجتماعي از نيازهاي اساسي و دايمي هر جامعه مي‌باشد كه ايجاد، حفظ و گسترش آن از اهداف و ارزش‌هاي بنيادين دولت‌ها و جامعه و زيربناي توسعه پايدار است. تحقق اين مهم نيازمند شناخت مجموعه عواملي است كه در ايجاد و ارتقاي آن نقش دارند. به‌طور كلي عوامل متعددي در تحقق امنيت اجتماعي تاثيرگذار هستند كه بررسي همه اين عوامل در اين پژوهش ممكن نيست. روش تحقيق به كار رفته «روش اسنادي و كتابخانه‌اي» مي‌باشد. در اين پژوهش تعداد پنج سوال در مورد عوامل و مولفه‌هاي تاثيرگذار بر امنيت اجتماعي مطرح گرديد. پس از بررسي مباني نظري موضوع و تبيين نقش پليس و نتايج حاصله، پيشنهاد گرديد برنامه‌ريزان فرهنگي و ساير نهادهاي مسيول، با تقويت ابعاد سرمايه اجتماعي، به ايجاد و تقويت امنيت اجتماعي كمك نمايند.

Social Security is one of the basic and continuing requirements of every community that its establish, maintain and develop is the governments and society’s fundamental goals and values and it is the sustainable development Infrastructure. Achievement of this important issue requires the understanding of the factors that are involved in the creation and promotion. In general, several factors are effective in achieving the social security that review of all these factors is not possible in this study. The research method used is “documentary and library method". In this study, five questions were raised about the effective causes and factors on the Social Security. After reviewing the theoretical principles and clarification of the role of the police and the gained resulted outcomes, suggested cultural planners and other responsible institutions, by strengthening of social capital dimensionshelp to build and strengthen Social Security.
