بررسي شيوه هاي اثربخش صيانت امنيتي كاركنان پايور ناجا(مورد مطالعه آموزشگاه علمي تخصصي شهيد چمران كرج)

Evaluating of effective methods of NAJA police staffers’ security protection Case study is in the scientific and specialization karaj Shahid Chamran School

ساحفاناجادرراستاي انجام ماموريت قانوني خودباانجام برنامه هاي لازم تلاش دارد تا كاركنان راباآسيبها و تهديدات امنيتي وغير امنيتي آگاه سازد.تحقيق حاضر در پنج فصل باهدف شناخت شيوه هاي اثربخش صيانت امنيتي كاركنان پايور آموزشگاه شهيد چمران كرج شامل:آگاه سازي حفاظتي، آموزش حفاظتي، ارشاد حفاظتي و توجيه حفاظتي مي باشد و براي نيل به اين هدف از پرسشنامه ي محقّق ساخته كه داراي 28 سوال بوده و ترتيب و اولويت اثر بخشي شيوه هاي مذكور را از نظر پاسخگويان مي سنجد، استفاده شده است. پرسشنامه مذكور به تعداد 180 نسخه بين جامعه آماري به صورت تمام شمار توزيع شده و بعد از تكميل و جمع آوري آنها تعداد 135 نسخه آن قابل بهره برداري بود. سوالات تحقيق پيرامون احصا شيوه هاي اثر بخش صيانت امنيتي كاركنان پايور و همچنين ويژگيهاي جمعيّتي جامعه آماري نظير سنّ، سطح تحصيلات، نوع تحصيلات، درجه، سابقه خدمت در ناجا ، و سابقه خدمت در آموزشگاه شهيد چمران مي باشد. اين تحقيق از نوع كاربردي بوده و با روش توصيفي ، پيمايشي انجام گرفته است و جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از تكنيك هاي آمار توصيفي نرم افزار spss و رسم جداول ونمودار استفاده شده است. نتايج حاصل از تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه شيوه هاي فوق از ديدگاه كاركنان پايور در صيانت امنيتي آنان از اثربخشي لازم برخوردار بوده ليكن ميزان آن يكسان نبوده وداراي يك اولويّت نمي باشند.

Naja data security organization is trying to aware the personnel with damages and security and insecurity threats in the direction of doing its legal mission by performance the essential programs. The present in the five chapters with the goal of identifying effective techniques of police staffers’ security protection of Kraj Shahid Chamran School, contains: protective informing, protective training, protective guidance and protective explanation and for reaching to this goal has been used from the certain form which has 28 questions and it evaluates order and effectiveness priority of mentioned techniques from the viewpoint of responders. Mentioned form in the number of 180 versions distributed in the statistic society as a complete account and after completion and collecting only 135 versions of them was utilizable. Research questions around statistic the effective techniques of police staffers’ security protection and also population characteristics of statistic society is like: age, education level, sort of education, rank, record of service in NAJA, and record of service in Shahid Chamran School . present research has been a kind of applied research and it done by descriptive and measurable technique, and for the data analysis it has been used from the descriptive statistic techniques of SPSS software and drawing the tables and charts. The results of the research shows that mentioned techniques from viewpoint of the police staffers in their security protection had enough effectiveness but its measure equal and it hasn’t same priority.
