پيشگيري اجتماعي از وقوع جرم در آيات قرآني و روايات معصومين (ع)

Social preventing of the crime in the verses from the Koran and stories and innocents (greeting to him)

اسلام به عنوان جامع‌ترين دين، توجه ويژه‌اي‌ به تمام ابعاد زندگي بشري دارد و امنيت و تلاش فردي و اجتماعي را يكي از اساسي‌ترين نيازهاي انسان دانسته و آن را از نعمت‌هاي‌ بزرگ و ناشناخته معرفي مي‌كند. جرم و قانون شكني از مولفه‌هاي‌ عدم امنيت تلقي مي‌گردد. جرم كه يك پديده اجتماعي به حساب مي‌آيد معلول عوامل متعددي است. براي مقابله با جرم، پيشگيري از وقوع جرم موثرترين و ارزان‌ترين روش معرفي شده است. پيشگيري از وقوع جرم به تناسب عوامل اثرگذار داراي انواع مختلفي مي‌باشد. اغلب جرم شناسان به سه روش اجتماعي، انتظامي‌ و قضايي اتفاق نظر نموده و در اين تحقيق روش اجتماعي به عنوان موضوع محوري تحقيق مدنظر قرار گرفته است. با عنايت به نقش ويژه دين در كنترل و مديريت نقش معتقدين به آن پيشگيري اجتماعي از وقوع جرم كه يك پيشگيري زمينه‌اي‌ و پيش آهنگ به شمار مي‌آيد كه در تعاليم و آموزه‌هاي‌ ديني اسلام هم به صورت مفهومي‌ و هم به صورت مصداقي مورد توجه و تاكيد اولياي دين قرار گرفته است. شاخص‌ترين موضوعات اثرگذار در عرصه پيشگيري اجتماعي در منابع ديني عبارتند از: تربيت صحيح و انساني، ارتقا علم و دانايي، توجه ويژه به مديريت خانواده، كار، اشتغال، عدم معاشرت با افراد فاسق و نابكار، مديريت زمان و اداره امور اوقات فراغت، عدالت ورزي، سالم‌سازي محيط‌هاي‌ اجتماعي و عدم بيگانه‌پرستي.

Islam as a most comprehensive religion notes especially to the all human life dimensions and it knows social and private security and effort as a most fundamental human needs and introduces it as a one of the major and unknown gifts, crime and offence are the components of insecurity. Crime which is a social phenomenon is an effect of various elements to cope with the crime, preventing of the crime introduced as a most effective and cheapest way. Preventing from the occurrence of the crime proportionality of the effective factors has different types, most of the criminologists have a same view on the three ways: social, disciplinary, and judicially. And present article paid attention to the social way as a main subject. By paying attention to the especial role of the religion in control and management of the believers role to it social preventing the crime which is an essential and pioneer preventing that in the religion training of Islam has been noted both referential and conceptual form, most important effective subjects in the social preventing area in the religious sources are: right and humanely education, promotion of science and knowledge, paying special attention to the family management, work and job, lack of communication with the adulterer and dastardly people, time management and controlling of the free time affairs, lover of justice, making the honest social erea and lack of loving the foreign.
