رابطه هوش اخلاقي و سرمايه فرهنگي با ونداليسم و ارايه راهكار به منظور افزايش نظم و امنيت اجتماعي

The relationship between moral intelligence and cultural capital with vandalism, and providing solution to enhance social order and security

يكي از مسايل و مشكلاتي كه سالانه خسارت فراواني به بخشهاي مختلف جامعه از جمله دانشگاه و بخش‌هاي آموزشي وارد ميكند، ونداليسم است. دانشجويان به‌عنوان افراد علمي و تاثيرگذار در جامعه از اين امر مستثنا نبوده و به علاوه براي ارتقا سطح علمي و كيفيت زندگي خود و رفاه اجتماعي نيازمند احساس امنيت اجتماعي در طول زندگي علمي خود هستند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي روابط سرمايه فرهنگي و هوش اخلاقي با ونداليسم و احساس امنيت اجتماعي انجام گرفته است. تحقيق حاضر از نوع هدف، كاربردي و بر اساس جمعآوري داده جز تحقيقات توصيفي و همبستگي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل كليه دانشجويان گروه مديريت دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد شهركرد شامل 300 نفر است. ابزار اندازهگيري تحقيق، پرسشنامه استاندارد سرمايه فرهنگي، هوش اخلاقي، ونداليسم و احساس امنيت اجتماعي شامل 42 سوال است. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده، تعداد 280 پرسشنامه توزيع و از اين تعداد، 269 پرسشنامه صحيح جمع‌آوري گرديد. ضريب پايايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ 93/0 به دست آمد. فرضيات تحقيق با استفاده از آزمون تحليل مسير به وسيله مدل معادلات ساختاري (8.80Lisrel ) مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه بين سرمايه فرهنگي، هوش اخلاقي با كاهش ونداليسم و احساس امنيت اجتماعي رابطهي معناداري وجود دارد. تهيه و استفاده از يك برنامه هماهنگ در بخشها و نهادهاي مختلف جامعه؛ توجه به سرمايه فرهنگي به‌عنوان صلاحيتي مشروع و همچنين توجه به ابعاد هوش اخلاقي و شاخصهاي آن درجهت درمان و يا كاهش ونداليسم و افزايش احساس امنيت اجتماعي، امري ضروري است.

One of the issues and problems which annual causes lots of damages for different parts of societies, including universities and educational institutions, is vandalism. Students as academics and influential within society are not to be excepted, but also in order to promote their scientific levels and their life quality and social welfare requires a sense of social security during their scientific life. The present study has been done with the aim of investigating the relationships between cultural capitals, moral intelligence, vandalism and sense of social security. This study purposes is of applicable kind and based on collecting data is considered to be descriptive and correlational studies. The statistical population includes all 300 students of the Management faculty, Azad Islamic University of Shahrekord. The research measurement tools including the standard questionnaire of cultural capitals, moral intelligence, Vandalism and sense of social security, which containing 42 questions in sum. By the use of simple random sampling method, 280 questionnaires were distributed and among these, 269 valid questionnaires were collected. The perpetuity coefficient of questionnaire was determined to be 0.93 according to Cronbachʹs Alpha. The hypotheses of this study were analyzed by the course analysis test, using the structural equations model (Lisrel 8.80). Results show that there is a meaningful relationship between cultural capital, moral intelligence with reduction of vandalism, and sense of social security. Thus, itʹs essential to (1) design and use a harmonic plan in different parts and institutions of society; (2) pay attention to the cultural capital as a legitimate competence; (3) and also paying attention to moral intelligence dimensions and its indexes which can be used to cure or reduce vandalism, leading to increase in sense of social security
