چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه: ظهور فن‌آوري‌هاي وب 2، كتابخانه‌ها و خدمات آن‌ها را تحت تاثير قرار داده است. كتابخانه‌ها نيز به منظور ارتقاي كيفيت خدمات خود، نيازمند استفاده از اين فن‌آوري‌ها هستند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعيين چالش‌هاي كاربرد وب 2 در كتابخانه‌هاي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اصفهان صورت گرفت.
روش بررسي: اين پژوهش از نوع پيمايشي بود و به روش مقطعي در سال 1394 انجام گرديد. جامعه آماري مطالعه را 60 نفر از كتابداران دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اصفهان تشكيل داد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته جمع‌آوري گرديد كه روايي صوري آن با نظر متخصصان كتابداري و اطلاع‌رساني و پايايي آن با استفاده از ضريب Cronbach¢s alpha (88/0) مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌هاي آمار توصيفي (ميانگين و انحراف معيار) و استنباطي (آزمون t و همبستگي Pearson) تجزيه و تحليل گرديد.
يافته‌ها: از بين عوامل موثر بر كاربرد فن‌آوري‌هاي وب 2، بالاترين ميانگين (9/3) به «عوامل مربوط به كاربران» اختصاص داشت و پس از آن «عوامل مربوط به كتابداران» و «عوامل زيرساختي و فرهنگي» با ميانگين 5/3 قرار داشت.
نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج پژوهش حاضر حاكي از آشنايي كم كتابداران با فن‌آوري‌هاي وب 2 و استفاده از آن در كتابخانه‌ها مي‌باشد كه اين نتايج براي كتابداران و كتابخانه‌ها قابل استفاده است.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: Web2 has affected libraries and their services. Libraries require this technology in order to improve the quality of
their services. The aim of this study was to determine the challenges of applying Web2 in libraries of Isfahan University of
Medical Sciences, Iran.
Methods: The current cross-sectional survey was carried out in 2015. The study population consisted of 60 librarians in Isfahan
University of Medical Sciences. The data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire
was confirmed by specialists, and its reliability was determined using Cronbach’s alpha (? = 0.88). The collected data were
analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (t-test and Pearson correlation) in
SPSS software.
Results: The results showed that among the factors influencing the use of Web2 technologies, "factors related to users" had the
highest mean (3.9), followed by "factors related to the librarians" and “infrastructural and cultural factors" with a mean of 3.5.
Conclusion: The findings indicated the librarians’ lack of familiarity with the use of Web2 technologies. Thus, training can play a
role in librarians’ familiarity with Web2 and using such tools in library services.
