راهكارهاي ارتقاء اثربخشي دوره هاي آموزش ضمن خدمت فراگيران ناجا در فرماندهي انتظامي استان اصفهان

Strategies of effective promotion of in-service training courses of NAJA learners in Isfahan police command department

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي راهكارهاي ارتقاء اثر بخشي دوره هاي آموزش ضمن خدمت تخصصي، تكميلي (ترفيعاتي) فراگيران ناجا، به روش توصيفي - پيمايشي انجام گرفت. حجم جامعه مشتمل بر 460 نفر از فراگيران مجتمع آموزشي انصارالمهدي (عج) فرماندهي انتظامي استان اصفهان بودند، كه با استفاده از فرمول حجم نمونه گيري كوكران تعداد 210 نفر با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته راهكارهاي ارتقاء اثربخشي در6 حيطه (نيازسنجي، اهداف آموزشي، محتوا، امكانات رفاهي، امكانات آموزشي و ارزشيابي) با 74 گويه براساس طيف 5 درجه اي ليكرت بود . براي تعيين راهكارهاي ارتقاء اثربخشي از روايي صوري و محتوايي و براي برآورد پايايي اين پرسشنامه از ضريب الفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد ، كه پايايي آن 0/94 محسابه شد . تجزيه وتحليل داده هاي پژوهش در دو سطح آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي انجام گرفت. نتايج حاصل از تجريه و تحليل داده ها نشان داد كه در هر 6 عامل مرتبط با اثر بخشي آموزشي، ميانگين پاسخ هاي شركت كنندگان، بيشتر از حد متوسط بوده و معنادار بودند (p<001)عامل استفاده از امكانات رفاهي با ميانگين (4/53) بيشترين مقدار و نياز سنجي آموزشي با ميانگين (2/77) كمترين مقدار بوده است. همچنين عوامل نياز سنجي بر اساس ماموريتهاي حرفه اي و شغلي كاركنان با ميانگين(3/95)، تعيين اهداف آموزشي بر اساس ماموريتهاي حرفه اي و شغلي كاركنان با ميانگين(3/97)؛ ارائه محتواي آموزشي منطبق با آخرين پيشرفتهاي علمي روز با ميانگين (4/05)، استفاده از مديران اجرايي با اخلاق و با تجربه جهت برگزاري دوره ها با ميانگين (4/12)، منفك نمودن كامل كاركنان با ميانگين(4/22) و ارزشيابي از اساتيد براساس نظر سنجي از فراگيران با ميانگين(4/05) داراي بيشترين مقدار بوده است. بين نظرات پاسخگويان برحسب عوامل دموگرافيك تفاوت معنا داري وجود ندارد.

The present study was done to investigate the effective strategies in educational effective promotion of speciality, complementary (advancement) in-service training courses of the NAJA police in the descriptive- survey method. The population included 460 learners of Ansarol AlMahdi educational center of Isfahan police command and 210 learners were selected by using the Cochran’s sampling formula and the simple and random sampling method. To collect data a researcher-made questionaire of effective promotion strategies in six area (needs analysis, educational aims, content, recreational facilities, educational facilities, and evaluation) with 74 questions based on Likert 5 degree. The face and content validity was used to determine the effective promotion strategies and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to evaluate the reliability of questionnaire (0.94). The analysis of the research data was done in two levels of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed the mean of the participants answers was higher than the medium and meaningful in every 6 relative factors with the educational effect (p<0.001). The mean of recreational facilities had the most amounts (4.53) and the mean of educational needs had the fewer amounts (2.77). Also needs assesment factors based on staff professional commissions with the mean ( 3.95), determination of the educational goals based on staff professional commissions with the mean ( 3.97), showing the educational content according to the up to date scientific achievements with the mean ( 4.05), using the administrative ethical and experienced managers in order to celebrate courses with the mean ( 4.12), completely separating staff with the mean (4.22) and the evaluation of professors based on the opinion poll of the learners with the mean ( 4.05) had the most amount. There were not any meaningful differences between the respondents’ ideas on the basis of demographic factors.
