پيوند ادب و سياست: بازتاب جنگ جهاني اول در اشعار اديب پيشاوري

جنگ جهاني اول (1336-1332 ق./ 1918-1914 م.) گرچه در اروپا آغاز شد، اما دامنه آن به تدريج به ديگر نقاط جهان از جمله ايران رسيد. با اينكه دولت ايران اعلام بي‌طرفي كرد، اما دولت‌هاي درگير موضع ايران را ناديده گرفتند. گروه‌هاي فكري، فرهنگي و سياسي ايران، جنگ را با واكنش‌هاي متفاوتي تلقي كردند؛ در اين ميان، جنگ جهاني بازتاب در خور توجهي در ادبيات ايران به ويژه شعر يافت و اكثر شاعران ايراني به عنوان بخشي از بدنه فكري و فرهنگي جامعه، شرايط اجتماعي ايران را كه حمايت از دولت آلمان و انزجار و تنفر از دولت‌هاي انگليس و روسيه بود، آشكار كردند. اديب پيشاوري از جمله شاعرانِ ايراني بود كه انتقاد از تهاجم دولت‌هاي انگليس و روسيه را موضوع برخي از اشعار خود قرار داد. در اين پژوهش، ديدگاه و نظريات اديب در باره جنگ جهاني اول و چگونگي حمايت وي از آلمان و متحدانش و انزجار از انگليس و روسيه بررسي مي‌شود.

Although the World War I (1914-1918) broke out in Europe, it spread to other parts of the world including Asia and Iran. Even though Iran had declared all-out neutrality toward the war, this state of being neutral was not recognized by the countries involved. Various intellectual, cultural and political groups took different stances toward this war. Among other things, the war was remarkably reflected in the Persian literature particularly in poetry. Most of the Iranian poets as a part of the intellectual and cultural body of the society, expressed the position of the Iranian society, their support for Germany and their hatred toward Britain and Russia. Adib Pishawari was one of those poets who in their poems criticized the invasion of Russia and Britain. This paper aims at providing an overview of the positions and views of Adib as regards the WWI and his support for German and its allies as well as the hatred toward Russia and Britain.
