Classical Theories of Organization and Management Based on the Framework of Burrell and Morgan

بي شك مديريت مسيله بسيار مهمي در هر سازمان است. سازمان هرگز بدون مديريت مناسب نمي تواند به هدفش برسد. مديريت هنر انجام دادن كارها با كمك افراد ديگر است. جنگلي از تئوري هاي مديريت وجود دارد كه به تئوري هاي كلاسيك، رفتاري و موقعيتي تقسيم بندي ميشود. سه مورد از مشهورترين تيوريهاي كلاسيك مديريت (علمي، اداري، بوروكراتيك) بر اساس چارچوب بورل و مورگان در اين مقاله موردبررسي واقع شده است. دانش تئوري هاي مديريت (در كنار ساير عوامل) نياز اساسي براي مديران هر سازمان براي رويارويي با چالش هاي سازمان است. به منظور ارايه دانش و جوانب مثبت و منفي تئوري هاي مديريت براي مديران و دانشمندان مديريت اين مقاله نوشته شده است. زنجيرهاي از فرمان، سبك مديريت استبدادي و پيش بيني رفتار، ويژگي هاي مشترك نظريه مديريت كلاسيك است. اگرچه اين نظريه ها قديمي هستند بااينحال اين نظريه ها به صورت هاي مختلف در بيشتر نقاط جهان انجام ميشود.

Undoubtedly, the management is very important in any organization. The organization never can reach its goal without proper management. Management is an art of doing things to help other people. management theories are classified classic, behavior and position theories. Three of the most famous classical management theory (scientific, administrative, bureaucratic) according to Burrell and Morgan framework are investigated in this paper. Management theories knowledge (among other factors) is the basic requirement for managers of organizations to meet the challenges of the organization. This article is written to provide the pros and cons of knowledge and theories of management for managers and management scientists. Chain of command, authoritarian management and predicting behavior are common features of classical management theory. Although these theories are outdated, these theories are performed in most parts of the world in different ways.
